Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor in the gastrointestinal tract. Its early characteristics are not obvious. Its incidence and mortality are only the same as those of gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, and primary liver cancer in digestive system malignancies. The occurrence and progression of colorectal cancer is a more complex biological process involving multiple genes, multiple factors, and multiple stages of progress. At present,we do not know much about its development mechanism. The key to treatment is early detection, timely diagnosis and early treatment. The prognosis of this disease also depends on early diagnosis and timely treatment. Therefore, this paper uses gene expression data to deeply study the hub genes that induce colorectal cancer at the molecular level, providing more theoretical basis for early screening.Based on the PPI network, colorectal cancer gene expression data and GO functional annotation were combined to predict the colorectal cancer central genes in mutations carried in colorectal cancer samples. This article analyzes three gene chip datasets(GSE21815,GSE21510,GSE113513)from the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)database.First, the differentially expressed genes in the gene expression profile of tumor samples were searched by 2 times the difference, and the differentially expressed genes obtained from Venn analysis were function ally enriched and pathway analyzed to understand the clustering reasons. Then,a PPI network of differentially expressed genes was constructed through the STRING database, and a sub-network module analysis was performed to more accurately explore the core path of colorectal cancer occurrence. Finally, the central genes in colorectal cancer were screened according to the degree of binding. The results identified the top 10 genes with high scores in the entire PPI network, identified these 10 genes as hub genes that play a key role in the development of colorectal cancer, and found that these genes are closely related to the cell cycle process. Results Compared with published biological experiments, most genes play an important role in the corresponding cancer types and have been identified as known cancer hub genes.Genes that do not clearly influence the mechanism have provided research for colorectal cancer Forward-looking direction. This article provides a theoretical basis for early screening of colorectal cancer and helps patients get more scientific and effective early treatment.
