Clinical Observation On Effect Of Yixin Tongluo Capsule On Cardiac Function Of Patients With Acute Anterior Wall Myocardial Infarction Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type After PCI

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yixin Tongluo capsule in treating patients wi th acute anterior myocardial infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis after PCI,and to preliminarily explore the mechanism of Yixin Tongluo capsule in improving the cardi ac function of such patients,so as to accumulate cl inical data for improving the cardiac function of patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis after PCI with traditional Chinese medicineMethods:70 patients with acute anterior myocardial in farction who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into observation group(34 cases)and control gro up(36 cases)according to the principle of random contr ol.The patients in the control group were given western medicine standard treatment after emergency PCI:aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100mg once per day,tigrew 90mg twice per day,atorvastatin calcium tablets 20mg once per day,pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules 40mg once per day,metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets 23.75mg once per day,antihypertensive drugs for patients with hypertension and hypoglycemic drugs for patients with diabetes.Patients in the observation group were treated with Yixin Tongluo capsule on the same day after emergency PCI on the basis of western medicine standard treatment.The administration method 4 tablets are orally taken for 3 times/day for 3 months.The blood routine,liver and kidney function,serum N-terminal B-type brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and cardiac color Doppler ultrasound were recorded and analyzed on the day after emergency PCI and 3 months after emergency PCI,and NYHA cardiac function grading was evaluated.Results:(1)the observation group is superior to the control group in reducing NT-proBNP,hs-CRP,improving NYHA cardiac function classification,increasing left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),improving left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDd),and improving traditional Chinese medicine syndromes(P<0.05);(2)No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Yixin Tongluo capsule can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction of qi deficiency and blood stasis type after PCI,and further improve the quality of life of such patients,which is related to the protection of cardiovascular endothelial cell function,antiarrhythmic effect,antithrombotic effect,myocardial protection effect,and alleviation of psychological stress factors.
