Objective: To collect and classify clinical data,and use computer and statistical methods to summarize Professor Ding shuwen’s clinical experience,medication characteristics,and academic thoughts in the treatment of diabetic coronary heart disease(DCHD).Methods: In the Department of Cardiology and Outpatient Ward of the Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from October 2017 to December 2019 Patients with≥2.Establish an Excel database to count the frequency of occurrence of TCM syndromes,symptoms,signs,related diseases,and use of drugs.Use Excel database and SPSS MODELER statistical software to analyze the data.The classification data is expressed by frequency and frequency.Relationship with symptoms,signs,and related diseases.Conclusion:(1)A total of 9 types of TCM syndromes appear in 140 medical records.The 6 types of TCM syndromes with higher frequency are:(1)Qi deficiency,blood stasis and heat syndrome;(2)Yin deficiency,Huowang syndrome;(3)Spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome;(4)Yuanqi deficiency Deficiency Syndrome;(5)Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome;(6)Insufficiency of Heart and Heart Loss of Nourishment Syndrome,Professor Ding’s commonly used medicine group or medicine: Astragalus-Ophiopogon japonicus-schisandra mainly based on qi and nourishing yin,Chuanxiong based on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis-Leech-Pueraria Root,Panax Notoginseng Powder-Borneol-Yuanhu,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Scutellariae-Coptis chinensis-Shengdi,Spleen and dampness,Poria-Alisma-Atractylodes.Analyzed140 prescription drugs,and summarized the common drugs used by Professor Ding to treat diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease are Ophiopogon japonicus,Astragalus,Scutellaria baicalensis,Coptis chinensis,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Schisandra chinensis,Chuanxiong,Magnolia officinalis,Yuanhu,leech,Guizhi,Alisma,Fried Atractylodes,Zhigancao,Shengji,Pueraria lobata,fried jujube,wood incense,etc.,and through the Web chart shows that the correlation between the drugs is strong.
