Study On The Distribution Law And Correlation Of TCM Constitution Types And Syndrome Of Reflux Esophagitis

OBJECTIVE:Reflux esophagitis(RE)is one of the common clinical digestive diseases.Through the Chinese medicine syndrome questionnaire and the Chinese medicine constitution questionnaire,the distribution rules and constitution of the syndrome and constitution of patients with reflux esophagitis are investigated.The correlation between the patients is expected to provide a basis and method for the clinical treatment of REMethods:1.The diagnostic criteria of RE refer to the Los Angeles Grading(LA Grading)under Endoscopy(1994,Los Angeles International Digestive Conference).2.The cases originated from 265 patients who were diagnosed in the outpatient department of the Spleen and Stomach Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to March 20203.The 265 RE patients were diagnosed with physical information and predisposing factors,clinical manifestations,tongue and pulse,etc.,through the "TCM Constitution Classification and Judgment" table and the "Syndrome Dialectics",the patients were diagnosed and identified.Physical and syndrome characteristics4.Enter the collected data into Excel to build a database,use SPSS 25.0 software for statistics,and use descriptive analysis for distribution frequency,etc.;use binary logistic regression analysis to analyze the correlation of RE’s syndrome and constitutionResult:1.Among the 265 RE patients with TCM constitution type,Qi depression had the highest proportion,and the rest were phlegm and dampness,yang deficiency,qi deficiency,dampness and heat,blood stasis,yin deficiency,peace and quality.2.Among RE patients,the stomach is the main good disease,and the rest are liver,spleen,heart and kidney.The empirical evidence for the disease is Qi stagnation,dampness,food accumulation,and heat,and the deficiency syndrome is Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,and Yin deficiency3.In the relationship between disease location and constitution,stomach and blood stasis quality(P=0.004),damp heat quality(P=0.00)<0.05 showed a significant correlation;liver and qi stagnation quality(P=0.017),blood stasis quality(P=0.00)<0.05 all showed a significant correlation;spleen and Qi depression(P=0.00),phlegm and dampness(P=0.00),Yang deficiency(P=0.00)<0.05 all showed a significant correlation;Heart and blood stasis(P=0.004)<0.05 showed a significant correlation;kidney and 9 physiques were not significantly correlated.4.Correlation between disease and physique:disease qi stagnation and qi stagnation(P=0.00),yang deficiency(P=0.00)<0.05 showed a significant correlation;disease yang deficiency(P=0.00)<0.05 was significantly correlated with phlegm and dampness;pathological dampness was correlated with phlegm and dampness(P=0.00),yang deficiency(P=0.002)<0.05 was significantly correlated;diseased yin deficiency and blood stasis(P=0.00)<0.05 showed a significant correlation;diseased Qi deficiency and Qi deficiency(P=0.00)<0.05 showed a significant correlation;diseased heat and damp heat quality(P=0.00)<0.05 showed a significant correlation;There was no significant correlation between food volume and 9 physiques.Conclusion:1.The prone constitutions in patients with RE are qi depression,phlegm and dampness,yang deficiency and qi deficiency.The disease site involves multiple organs,of which the stomach,liver and spleen are the most prone.The empirical susceptibility is stagnation and dampness The susceptibility of deficiency syndrome is Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency.2.In patients with RE,qi stagnation has a significant relationship with the diseased liver,spleen,and diseased stagnation.Phlegm and dampness have a significant relationship with the diseased spleen,diseased dampness,and yang deficiency.There is a significant correlation between yang deficiency and spleen,pathological stagnation and dampness.Qi deficiency and qi deficiency have a significant correlation.Damp heat has a significant correlation with the diseased stomach and disease heat.Blood stasis has a significant correlation with liver,stomach,heart and yin deficiency.Therefore,in clinical treatment,the combination of syndrome differentiation and differentiation can be used for individualized diagnosis and treatment.Starting from the whole,the traditional Chinese medicine "treating the disease" is the guiding ideology,emphasizing the adjustability of the constitution,making up for the shortcomings of "syndrome differentiation and treatment",and improving the treatment efficiency.To prevent further development of the condition.
