Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Back Shu point combined with auricular plaster therapy in the treatment of Postpartum depression(PPD),and compare it with common acupuncture therapy,so as to seek a more targeted and effective comprehensive therapy for patients.Methods:60 PPD patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture att Back Shu point and auricular plaster therapy,while the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture.Both groups were treated 6 times a week,6 times being a course of treatment,with a rest of1 day after each course of treatment.The treatment group was treated with auricular plaster therapy once every 3 days,for a total of 2 courses of treatment.The Hamilton Depression Scale(24 items),Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale and Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scale were used as efficacy observation indicators.The patient’s condition before and after treatment was recorded and evaluated.Results:1.HAMD,EPDS scale score: the treatment group and the control group were compared before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05);After treatment,the two groups were analyzed by rank sum test(p < 0.05),with significant difference.The results showed that the scores of HAMD and EPDS in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group.After treatment,the improvement rate of main symptoms of TCM syndrome factor scale between the two groups was tested by chi-square test(p > 0.05),with no significant difference.2.Clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group is83.33%,and that of the control group is 70.00%.according to the rank sum test,Z=-2.244,p < 0.05,there is a statistical difference between the two,indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Both methods can effectively treat postpartum depressio n,and acupuncture at Back Shu point combined with auricular plaster t herapy is superior to ordinary acupuncture in improving PPD clinical sy mptoms. |
