Study On The Theory And Clinical Application Of "Earth Being Dredged By Wood "

Objective:Nowadays,there are different understandings of "earth being dredged by wood" from the perspective of restriction among five elements or generation of five elements.In order to further clarify the relationship between the liver and the spleen and stomach by literature analysis in the past dynasties,this paper will explain the original meaning of the theory of " earth being dredged by wood ",analyze the meaning of "Da",combs the relationship between the "spleen and stomach and liver" of the visceral manifestation,and discuss the relationship between the liver and the spleen and stomach diseases,as well as its treatment from the perspective of the liver.We aim to provide ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment,improve the clinical efficacy of spleen and stomach disease by clinical significance of spleen and stomach disease.Methods:The method of combining theoretical research with data mining was used.The first part is theoretical research.We sorted out and analyzed the internal classic and the main statements of doctors in previous dynasties about "earth being dredged by wood",the connotation and extension of the concept of "Da" are obtained.Then,the relationship between civil engineering is deeply understood from the five-element theory.At the same time,the relationship between spleen,stomach and liver is explained by Tibetan images,and the importance and necessity of theoretical research on "earth being dredged by wood" is reiterated.The second part is clinical research,we aim to focus on "spleen and stomach diseases" to explore the relationship between syndrome differentiation and classification of spleen and stomach diseases and liver in "Internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine".On the basis of the tutor’s medical case,this paper analyzed the law of syndrome differentiation of spleen and stomach diseases,studies the relationship between spleen and stomach diseases and liver,discusses the significance of "Earth being dredged by wood " and sums up the principles,methods and prescriptions of diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases in order to better serve the clinical practice.Results:Through theoretical discussion,the original meaning of " earth being dredged by wood" was clarified and defined.It was proposed that "earth being dredged by wood" refers to the close relationship between life and reality in the system,reflecting the complex interaction between the five elements.In internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,the statistical results of syndrome differentiation of viscera in spleen and stomach diseases are "stomach","spleen","liver" and "kidney" from high to low;the syndrome differentiation of viscera in tutor related medical cases is mainly liver(41%),spleen(31%)and stomach(24%),a small amount of which involves lung,heart and kidney,especially liver.The syndrome is stagnation of qi of the liver and stomach,the frequency is 110,and Chaiping decoction is selected as the core basic formula.The frequency of single Chinese medicine from high to low is raw licorice,green tangerine peel,fried mbranes of chicken gizzards,magnolia officinalis,poria cocos,amomum villosum,reed rhizome,caulis polygoni Multiflori,corydalis tuber,radix bupleu,etc.Conclusion:The relationship between liver and spleen and stomach is very close.In the physiological system,there is birth and opposite between wood and earth.The method of soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,soothing the liver and stomach is often effective in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.
