Objective: Based on the classic view of disease in traditional Chinese medicine, the evolution of traditional Chinese medicine pulse diagnosis from classic overall pulse diagnosis to local pulse diagnosis in later generations and the corresponding changes in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine are guided to guide the diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases. Methods: The research methods of the first part and the second part of this article are mainly based on literature combing and theoretical discussion, and the third and fourth parts are mainly data mining and theoretical analysis based on big data.Results:1.View of disease: Through comparison with western medicine,it is clear that the classic Chinese medicine observation angle for disease lies in invisible Qi.The state of Qi changes through breathing, which constitutes the classic view of disease.2.Diagnostic method: The classics of traditional Chinese medicine form a holistic pulse diagnosis method of Qi based on the Yin-Yang and five-element program, which mainly includes the yin-yang as the core to “Renying and Qikou”and the five visceral veins with the “Wu xing” core.Focus on "shu".However, the development of pulse diagnosis in later generations obscured the key information of “Shu”,which made the classic whole vein gradually evolve into the pulse method of the left and right hand inch.It is precisely because of the evolution of this pulse diagnosis method that the six-meridian system dominated by the meridian dialectics in the classics has gradually transformed into an eight-stage program system dominated by the organs dialectic in later generations.3.Under the classic holistic pulse diagnosis and treatment concept, for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,"Lingshu" uses "Final Beginning" to “Renying and Qikou”and venous pulses, select the points of the five viscera pulses, and adjust the state of the body’s vitality according to the respiratory supplement. In terms of medication,"Su Wen" divides the virtual and the true according to the five internal organs of the "Yu Ji Zhen Zang Lun",with the five elements of the medicinal method recorded in the "Zang Qi Fa Shi Lun" as the core.Zhang Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty used classic meridians in "S hanghanlun" The system developed the prescription method of the Six Classics for guidance. After the "Maijing",the cognition of the operation of the classic “Renying and Qikou”and the five internal organs gradually became blurred. The pulse diagnosis entered the period of the left and right hand division pulse method. The selected points of acupuncture and moxibustion were directly based on the "Maijing".The local veins are connected to the corresponding meridian and viscera. The medication focuses on the details of the local veins. The recognition of pathological products and visceral physiopathology is more detailed and practical on the basis of classics. The treatment methods are more diversified and numerous Medical school.4.Diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases: The evolution of pulse diagnosis in different periods provides clinical support for the continuous enrichment of the diagnosis and treatment theory of spleen and stomach diseases. The Lidongyuan’s establishment of the "Shengyang" thought and the proposal of Ye Tianshi’s "wei yin" theory are very close to the pulse diagnosis.contact.Conclusion: Under the guidance of the classic disease concept with "Qi" as the core, whether it is the overall pulse method in the classic period or the Cunguan ruler branch pulse method evolved in later generations,it provides very objective diagnostic guidance for the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. It is also an important basis for the continuous enrichment and improvement of the theory and treatment of spleen and stomach system diseases.
