Clinical Study On Blood Stasis Syndrome Of LOBAR PNEUMONIA In Children

Objective:To observe the proportion of Blood Stasis Syndrome in children with lobar pneumonia syndrome,analyze the related clinical factors,and study the intervention effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis therapy on the lobar pneumonia syndrome and its influence on the total curative effect.Methods:The rate of blood stasis syndrome(BSS)was observed in the pediatric ward of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese medicine from December 2018 to December 2019,the related clinical factors were analyzed,and the children with BSS were randomly divided into two groups:one group was treated with blood stasis syndrome(BSS),the other was treated with blood stasis syndrome(BSS),the other was treated with blood stasis syndrome(BSS),and the other was treated with blood stasis syndrome(BSS),the treatment group was treated with blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs(Salvia Miltiorrhiza and semen persicae)and the control group was treated with Heparin sodium injection for 10 days.Result:1.The incidence of Blood Stasis Syndrome in children was 78%,and the incidence of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in blood stasis syndrome group and damp-heat Syndrome and phlegm-heat Syndrome was significantly higher than that in non-blood Stasis Syndrome group(P<0.05).2.The time of disappearing lung Rales and the time of hospitalization in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).3.For the improvement of Symptom score of Blood Stasis Syndrome,the treatment group was better than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).4.There was no significant difference in the total curative effect(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The rate of Blood Stasis Syndrome in lobar pneumonia can reach 78%,which is closely related to Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,damp-heat Syndrome and phlegm-heat Syndrome.2.The treatment of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis can promote the absorption of lung Rales in children with blood stasis syndrome,shorten the average hospital stay of children,and improve the signs of blood stasis in TCM.
