Qingwenbaidu Decoction And The Research On The Effects Of Sepsis Coagulation Indexes

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the therapeutic effect of Qingwenbaidu decoction on sepsis patients,to explore the effect of Qingwenbaidu decoction on the coagulation index of sepsis patients,and to observe the effect on the condition and prognosis of sepsis,so as to provide clinical basis for the treatment of sepsis by traditional Chinese medi cine.Methods:In this study,sepsis patients were selected as the entry point,and 65 patients diagnosed with sepsis(Reduchisheng syndrome)who were admitted to the department of critical care medicine,affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese medicine from December 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups,namely the control group and the treatment group.Patients in each group were treated by routine western medicine,on the basis of the treatment group used Qingwenbaidu decoction intervention treatment,the changes were observed before and after treatment the score and the physical and chemical index,and compared with control group pure western medicine treatment,evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine Qingwenbaidu decoction coagulation indexes before and after treatment in patients with sepsis,inflammatory factors and prognosis of all kinds of outcome evaluation aspects,observe the condition and prognosis in patients with sepsis,which provide more for the treatment of sepsis optimized treatment plan.Results:Sepsis(Reduchisheng syndrome)patients before treatment and after treatment of 3 days and 7 days,record two group of patients,the WBC,PCT,CRP,LAC,PLT,D-Dimer,TT,PT,APTT,FDP,FIB,SOFA score and APACHEⅡ score and TCM symptoms integral score and statistical analysis,the results show that differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusi on:1.Qingwenbaidu decoction can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory indicators and improve the coagulation indicators in patients with sepsis(symptoms of Reduchisheng).2.Qingwenbaidu decoction can significantly reduce the SOFA score and apache-ii score of sepsis patients.3.Qingwenbaidu decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve sepsis clinical symptoms,and better than the control group.
