Clinical Study On The Correlation Between TCM Physique Type And Syndrome Type In Patients With Anovulatory Abnormal Uterine Bleeding During Puberty

OBJECTIVE:By analyzing the characteristics of TCM physique type and the distribution of TCM syndrome type in adolescent patients with anovulation abnormal uterine bleeding,this paper discusses the correlation between its susceptible constitution and physique type and TCM syndrome type,and provides a new research idea and treatment method to prevent the occurrence of anovulation abnormal uterine bleeding in adolescence and the individualized treatment of body differentiation and disease differentiation.Methods:This study adopts the way of questionnaire,designs the unified general situation and the related factor questionnaire,the TCM physique adjustment questionnaire and the TCM syndrome type questionnaire.the respondents were divided into case group and control group.the case group selected adolescent anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding cases that met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and the control group selected healthy adolescent women.Both the case group and the control group carried out general situation and related factors investigation and TCM physique type investigation,and TCM syndrome type investigation was only for the case group.The original database is established by EXCEL software,and the SPSS 22.0 statistical software is used to analyze the results.RESULTS:1.The TCM constitution in the case group was Qi deficiency>Yang deficiency>Qi stagnation>Yin deficiency>Peace,among which Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency and Qi stagnation were susceptible to abnormal uterine bleeding during puberty.In the control group,the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine was mainly plain and qualitative,accounting for 51%.2.Distribution of susceptible constitution in the case group was different at different age stages(P<0.05).3.The common TCM syndromes in the case group were kidney qi deficiency syndrome(26.7%),kidney yang deficiency syndrome(20.7%),spleen deficiency syndrome(18.8%)and blood heat syndrome(solid heat)(14.8%).4.There is a significant correlation between TCM constitution and syndromes in patients with anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding during puberty(P<0.05).5.The average BMI in the case group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05):The occurrence of anovulation abnormal uterine bleeding in puberty has some correlation with sleep deficiency and spicy food preference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The predisposed constitution of anovulation abnormal uterine bleeding in adolescence is qi deficiency,yang deficiency and qi stagnation,among which 13-15 years old are mainly qi deficiency and 16-19 years old are yang deficiency and qi stagnation.The common syndromes of this disease are kidney qi deficiency syndrome,kidney yang deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency syndrome and blood heat syndrome(solid heat).TCM constitution and syndrome type of anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding in adolescence,qi deficiency is related to kidney qi deficiency syndrome and spleen deficiency syndrome;yang deficiency is related to kidney yang deficiency syndrome;qi stagnation is related to blood heat syndrome(solid heat);yin deficiency is related to kidney yin deficiency syndrome and blood heat syndrome(deficiency heat).Too small body mass index,lack of sleep time and spicy food are the risk factors for abnormal uterine bleeding during puberty anovulation.
