Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Dachengqi Decoction On Intestinal Microflora In The Internal Heat And Toxicity Of Sepsis

Objective:The clinical intervention of Acupuncture and Dachengqi decoction was carried out on the patients with the Internal Heat and Toxicity of Sepsis,the clinical efficacy and the effect on intestinal flora were studied,and the mechanism of its action in treating the syndrome of internal sheng of sepsis was further discussed.Method:Using the method of random control,40 cases of clinical observation were randomly divided into trials group and control group.Control group patients with sepsis treatment on a regular basis,on the basis of this therapy combined with acupuncture treatment group patients joint bearing gas soup nasogastric,treatment for 7 days,when the statistics into and gut bacteria counts in both groups after treatment,gastrointestinal function index,APACHE II score,Chinese medicine symptom integral,inflammation,relevant indicators,and statistical analysis.Results:After the treatment,in the detection of fecal intestinal flora,the number of beneficial bacteria Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus increased,and the number of conditional pathogenic bacteria and pathogenic bacteria decreased,Increased B/E value,corrected intestinal flora imbalance.Gastric emptying time and intra-abdominal pressure were decreased.APACHE Ⅱ score,white blood cell count,hypersensitive c-reactive protein and calcitonin original,Chinese medicine symptom integral there were different degree of decline.The observation indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.Conelusion:Acupuncture combined with dachengqi decoction can increase the number of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract of sepsis patients,reduce the number of opportunistic pathogens and pathogenic bacteria,correct the imbalance of intestinal flora,and maintain the intestinal microecological stability.Enhance gastrointestinal motility,reduce gastrointestinal dysfunction;Reduce inflammation,improve the clinical symptoms of sepsis,reduce the severity of the disease,improve the effective rate of treatment,compared with simple western treatment,more advantages.
