Clinical Study On Tongyang Huazhuo Therapy For Chronic Rhinosinusitis (CRS) In Children

Objective: To treat the syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach in children with chronic nasosinusitis,and explore the mechanism of the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis in children by self-made Tongyang Huazhuo decoction,which based on the method of "Tongyang Yiqi,Quyu Huazhuo".The change of clinical curative effect and single syndrome integral was used to objectively evaluate its validity and safety,thus Providing a new theoretical basis and reference for clinical application.Methods: 60 children with chronic rhinosinusitis and spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome were randomly divided into Treatment Group and Control Group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Tongyang Huazhuo decoction,while the control group was given the routine treatment of Western medicine(Azithromycin Granules combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray).The two weeks were one course of treatment and both groups were treated for 2 courses continuously.Evaluating the efficacy Objectively of Tongyang Huazhuo decoction in the treatment of spleen-stomach damp-heat Syndrome in children with chronic rhinosinusitis by comparing the two groups of the changes in the integration of syndrome,2 weeks after treatment and 4weeks after treatment,using SPSS23.0 data analysis to determine the two groups of treatment results,and recording adverse reactions.Result:1.There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),which showed that the two groups were effective in treating children with chronic rhinosinusitis.2.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 73.3% in the Treatment Group and 86.7% in the Control Group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the main symptoms and secondary symptoms,the Control Group was better than the Treatment Group(P < 0.05),while in the side symptoms the Treatment Group was better than the Control Group(P < 0.05).3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 90% in the Treatment Group and 93.3% in the Control Group.3.In terms of symptom and Physical sign improvement,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of nasal obstruction(P > 0.05),but the treatment group was better than the control group about runny nose(P < 0.05).In terms of secondary symptom,there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05),and in terms of concurrent symptom,there was statistical significance Statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.One month after drug withdrawal,the recurrence rate of the two groups was 60.0% in the control group and 13.3% in the treatment group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Tongyang Huazhuo decoction and the Western medicine routine treatment group(Azithromycin Granules combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray)have clinical effects on children with chronic rhinosinusitis of spleen and stomach damp-heat syndrome,and there is no significant difference in the overall effect between the two groups(P > 0.05).However,the effect of Tongyang Huazhuo decoction on the symptoms of spleen-stomach damp-heat,such as tiredness and weakness,thirst and body heat,lack of appetite,fullness in the chest and abdomen,Short and red urine,was better than that of the Western medicine routine treatment group.Also in the recurrence rate the Tongyang Huazhuo decoction was lower than that of the Western medicine routine treatment group.This research Provides a reference for optimizing the treatment Plan of chronic rhinosinusitis in children.
