| Objective:To observe the differences in the indexes of thrombus elasticity in patients with diabetic foot of different TCM syndromes, and to analyze whether the thrombus elasticity can be used as a reference for dialectical classification of diabetic foot.Methods:30 patients with diabetic foot were selected from damp heat and heat accumulation, muscle rotting syndrome,qi and blood deficiency, and collateral stasis syndrome.Another 30 cases in the control group.Collect patient basic data and the results of the first thromboelastography test after admission and conduct statistical analysis.Research results:The R value and K value of the observation group were lower than the control group, and the Angle value,MA value,CI value, and G value were all higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01);LY30 and EPL control groups There was no statistically significant difference with the DF group(P>0.05).In comparison of syndrome types, the R value,K value of damp heat and toxic deposits in the qi-blood deficiency group, the Luomai stasis group, and the decayed meat rotten group increased, while the other syndrome types of Angle value,MA value,CI value, and G value decreased.Academic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the sensitivity of TEG in DF syndrome, the coagulation function and fibrinolysis system of the observation group were more enhanced than those of the control group. The R value,K value,Angle value,K value,MA value and CI value were all It can be used as a reference basis for TCM syndrome differentiation. |
