Clinical Study Of Dynamic Moxibustion Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: By observing the movement to the conventional acupuncture with simple routine clinical curative effect of acupuncture treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,we discuss the validity of the motion of the moxibustion treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,provide for clinical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,and Jane,effective,inexpensive,method,for clinical reasonable choice in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion method provide an objective basis.Methods: A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation who visited the Acupuncture department of Jinan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2019 to December 2019 were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The observation group received moxibustion plus acupuncture,and the control group received routine acupuncture.Both groups received two courses of treatment(12 times for one course).JOA scores and VAS scores were recorded before and after treatment,and the data were statistically analyzed with SPSS25.0 statistical analysis software.Results:1.Intra-group comparison showed that JOA score increased and VAS score decreased in both groups after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The JOA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).2.Comparison of clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,higher than that of the control group(84.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The detection rate of the observation group was 76.67%,higher than that of the control group(60.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The dynamic moxibustion combined with acupuncture method and acupuncture alone are both effective treatment for lumbar disc herniation.2.The effective rate of the dynamic moxibustion combined with acupuncture group was higher than that of the acupuncture group alone,indicating that the combined treatment was more effective.3.As a safe and effective characteristic therapy,dynamic moxibustion is simple and easy to operate,and patients feel comfortable and painless in the treatment process,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
