| Objective:1.By observing the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on chronic heart failure,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,the clinical value of the original prescription is verified;the mechanism of the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on inflammatory response is initially explored,and the objective clinical basis for the treatment of chronic heart failure with the original prescription is provided.2.To explore the mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in treating chronic heart failure with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome based on metabolomics.Methods:1.According to the method of random grouping,70 patients with chronic heart failure who meet the requirements were divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and the control group was treated with western medicine.After 2 months,the Lee’s heart failure score,TCM syndrome score,6-minute walking exercise test(6MWT),N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP),and the changes of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were analyzed by statistical methods,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and observed.2.The observation group(traditional Chinese medicine group)and the control group(western medicine group)are the same as the clinical observation.Another 35 healthy control groups(healthy group)are selected.The healthy group,Chinese medicine group and western medicine group are corresponding to groups A,B,and C,respectively.The blood samples after treatment were statistically analyzed for multivariate data in the three groups AB,AC,and BC by using NMR(nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy)-based metabolomics detection technology combined with multivariate data statistical methods.Results:1.Compared with before treatment,the Lee’s heart failure score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the 6MWT distance was significantly increased(P <0.01).The total effective rate was better than that of the control group(P <0.05);the levels of NT-pro BNP and TNF-α decreased significantly after treatment(P <0.01),and the decline in the observation group was more significant(P <0.01).2.The study found significant differences between groups,and multiple metabolic pathways changed.Among them,the healthy group was compared with the Chinese medicine group: phenylalanine,tyrosine,glucose,sarcosine,citric acid,glutamine,alanine were up-regulated,histidine,L9,L7,L6,L5,L3,Valine,L2,L1 are down-regulated;comparison between healthy group and western medicine group:phenylalanine,tyrosine,sarcosine,glutamine,glutamic acid are up-regulated,histidine,L9,L7,L5,L3,Acetic acid,3-HB,and L2 were down-regulated;compared with western medicine group and Chinese medicine group: L3,L1,3-HB were up-regulated,phenylalanine,tyrosine,glucose,citric acid,glutamine,and glutamic acid were down-regulated.Conclusion:1.Bushen Huoxue Decoction can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve the quality of life,and there are no obvious adverse reactions during the test,which is worthy of clinical promotion.2.Bushen Huoxue Decoction can regulate the metabolic pathways in patients with chronic heart failure and kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,and relieve clinical symptoms,and strong biological support. |
