Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes By Acupuncture At Weiwan Xiashu And Yangchi Points Combined With Auricular Point Pressing Bean Therapy

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Weiwan Xia Shu and Yangchi points combined with auricular point pressing bean therapy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,in order to provide a new treatment plan for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and better serve the clinical practice.Methods: 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at Weiwan Xiashu,Yangchi,Feishu,Weishu,Shenshu,Sanyinjiao,and Taixi combined with Vaccinium seed auricular point sticking pressing auricular point endocrine,adrenal gland,subcortex,Shenmen,spleen,stomach,kidney,pancreatobiliary,and lung,and the control group was treated with addition and subtraction of matching points on the basis of acupuncture at the main points Feishu,Weishu,Shenshu,Sanyinjiao,and Taixi,with Taiyuan and Shaofu for upper elimination syndrome,Neiting and Diji for middle elimination syndrome,and Fuyu and Taichong for lower elimination syndrome.Patients in both groups were treated five times a week for four consecutive cycles.In this study,fasting plasma glucose,2-hour blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and TCM score were recorded in the two groups,and the obtained data were statistically analyzed and compared by SPSS 25.0 statistical software.Results:1.Main outcome measures: Fasting plasma glucose,2h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and TCM score before and after treatment in both groups were statistically significant(P<0.01);there was a statistically significant difference between the above four indicators in the two groups of patients after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Clinical efficacy: In the treatment group,7 cases were significantly effective,20 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,with an effective rate of 90%;in the control group,3 cases were significantly effective,21 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,with an effective rate of 80%.Statistically significant differences(P<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture at Weiwan Xiashu and Yangchi points combined with auricular point pressing bean therapy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,which can be further popularized and applied in clinical practice.
