Clinical Study On Shengyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Precancerous Lesions Of Gastric Cancer With Deficiency Of Spleen And Stomach

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shengyu Decoction in the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer with deficiency of spleen and stomach and the intervention of let-7a relative expression,and to provide a new way of thinking and theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods:Sixty-two patients who met the case selection criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 31 cases each.The treatment group was treated with Shengyutang granules,taking 1 dose daily,taking water,taking it after breakfast and dinner,for 12 weeks,and the control group was given Weifuchun tablets,3 times a day,4 tablets/Time,for 12 weeks.Before treatment and within 2 weeks after treatment,gastroscopy and biopsy were performed,and the relative expression of let-7a in gastric mucosa was measured at the same time.The clinical symptoms and signs,the improvement of histopathology and the intervention of let-7a expression were observed before and after treatment.Results:Before and after treatment,the total scores of clinical symptoms and signs in the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.01),and the total scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).In the treatment of TCM symptoms,the total effective rate was 83.33%in the treatment group and 53.33%in the control group,with significant statistical significance(P<0.01).Before and after treatment,the total scores of pathology in the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.01),and the total scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of gastroscope and pathological effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 53.33%,the effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relative expression of let-7a was up-regulated in both groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Shengyu Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms,mucosa and histopathology of patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,and up regulate the relative expression of let-7a,which is safe and has a certain clinical effect.
