Purpose:A comprehensive study on the results of MRI in patients with acute cerebral infarction by applying the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, through the study of magnetic resonance imaging in patients with acute cerebral infarction,to investigate the correlation between Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Stroke Syndrome in patients with acute cerebral infarction. This enriches the content of TCM differentiation of apoplexy, and it provides a reference for the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction and the objectification and standardization of TCM clinical classification. It is expected to play a role in the diagnosis and treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method:From July 2018 to December 2019,362 patients from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,The general information, previous medical history, signs and symptoms of nervous system,TCM syndromes and imaging results were recorded at the time of admission. To explore the correlation between MRI images of acute cerebral infarction and TCM syndromes.SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Result:Among the 362 patients with acute cerebral infarction,118 had qi deficiency and blood stasis, accounting for 32.6%.The patients with Yin deficiency pneumatic were 30 cases, accounting for the lowest rate of 8.3%.The largest number of new infarcts occurred in 127 cases of posterior circulation infarction, accounting for 35.1%of all patients. The TCM syndromes of infarcts in the radiating coronal region were mostly qi deficiency and blood stasis, accounting for 40.9%.The syndrome of obstruction of collateralization by wind and phlegm is common in the posterior circulation of infarction, accounting for 33.1%.In the lacunar infarction group,qi deficiency and blood stasis were the most common TCM syndromes, accounting for 39.4%.Among the 225 patients with infarct area>1.5cm2,the number of patients with MRA artery stenosis grade 2 was the highest, accounting for 37.8%.In the patients with grade 2 vascular stenosis,wind-phlegm obstruction of collateralissima syndrome was common, accounting for 34.1%.Qi deficiency and blood stasis were the most common TCM syndromes in patients without microhemorrhage, accounting for 38.3%.wind-phlegm obstruction were the most common TCM syndromes of grade 3 micro hemorrhage, accounting for 38.0%.Vascular stenosis grade 3 and grade 2 were more common in large-area infarction, accounting for 87.8%and 67.1%,respectively.Conclusion:1.Among 362 patients with acute cerebral infarction, the incidence of qi deficiency and blood stasis was the highest, and the incidence of Yin deficiency pneumatic was the lowest.2.All syndromes had statistical significance in acute infarction site, the largest area of new infarction, the infarction area of>1.5cm2,the classification of arterial stenosis degree of responsibility vessels, and the classification of microhemorrhage.3.There was a statistical difference between the degree of vascular stenosis and the grading of the largest area of new infarction.
