Objective:To study the distribution of TCM Constitution and TCM Syndrome types, the relationship between TCM Constitution and TCM syndrome types, the manifestation of breast mass under ultrasound, and the related factors affecting constitution,to provide the reference for the diagnosis and treatment of benign breast mass and the intervention of the Constitution of benign breast mass. The benign breast mass studied in this paper mainly includes hyperplasia of mammary gland and fibroadenoma of mammary gland. Methods:The patients with benign breast mass were selected to meet the inclusion criteria, and the basic information of the patients, the constitution of Chinese medicine, the type of syndrome of Chinese medicine, the appearance of the mass under ultrasound, the characteristics of personality, the Diet Preference and the nature of work were collected by questionnaire, excel template was designed and data was input, and the data was processed by SPSS 23.0.Result:1.Physical distribution of patients with benign breast mass:(1)constitution distribution of patients with breast proliferative lesions:qi stagnation(32.5%)>blood stasis(22.5%)>phlegm and dampness(15.0%)>Yin deficiency(8.3%)>qi deficiency(6.7%)>Yang deficiency(5.8%)>wet and hot(5.0%)>mild(3.3%)>special report(0.8%);(2)constitution distribution of breast fibroadenoma patients:qi stagnation(53.8%)>phlegm and dampness(16.0%)>blood stasis(12.3%)>damp-heat(6.6%)>qi deficiency(3.8%)>mild(2.8%)=Yin deficiency(2.8%)>Yang deficiency(1.9%)>characteristic(0).2.Distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with benign breast mass:(1)distribution of TCM syndrome types in patients with breast proliferative lesions:liver stagnation and qi stagnation syndrome(45.8%)>syndrome of sputum and blood stasis(35.0%)>incoherence disorder syndrome(19.2%);(2)distribution of TCM syndrome types of breast fibroadenoma patients:liver qi stagnation syndrome(66.0%)>blood stasis and phlegm coagulation syndrome(34.0%).3.(1)there was a certain correlation between TCM syndromes and age in patients with benign breast tumor(P<0.05).(2)there was a correlation between TCM constitution and TCM syndrome types in patients with benign breast mass(P<0.05),and qi stagnation constitution was correlated with liver stagnation and qi stagnation. The blood stasis constitution and phlegm dampness constitution are related to the phlegm stasis syndrome and the blood stasis spittoon coagulation syndrome. The Yin deficiency constitution is related to the disorder of chongren.(3)there was a correlation between the patient’s constitution and the nature of the mass under ultrasound(P<0.05)and the mass blood flow status(P<0.05).In patients with qi stagnation, solid, mixed and grade 0 mass with blood flow were more common.Cystic and grade 0 or grade I masses were frequently seen in patients with phlegm and dampness.Cystic and grade I masses are common in patients with blood stasis. The constitution has nothing to do with the position, number and calcification of mass.(4)the patient’ s personality, diet preference and work nature are the influencing factors of his constitution.(all P<0.05)Conclusion:The susceptible constitutions of patients with benign breast mass were qi stagnation, blood stasis and phlegm dampness. There was a correlation between TCM constitution and TCM syndrome type, mass nature and blood flow condition under ultrasound.Personality characteristics, dietary preferences and work nature can affect the physical distribution of patients. In the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, the combination of body differentiation, disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation is conducive to the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
