Objective: To observe the improvement of the symptoms of functional constipation in patients with functional constipation by evaluating Ganoderma Mixture and to evaluate its clinical efficacy;to explore the effect of Ganoderma Mixture on the treatment of functional constipation by detecting the changes of intestinal flora in patients with functional constipation after treatment mechanism. Methods: Two parts is divided of the study, the first part is clinical observation, and the second part is clinical experimental research.Clinical observation: According to the enrollment requirements,60 patients with functional constipation in our anorectal department. The treatment group was given oral administration of Ganoderma Mushroom Mixture, and the control group was given oral administration of Mosapride. The clinical observation and evaluation of the diagnosis and treatment effect of the two groups on functional constipation were recorded.in conclusion.Experimental research: the treatment group in clinical observation was selected as the experimental group, and the control group was recorded as the control group.Quantity, organize and analyze data through statistical methods, and draw conclusions. Results:Clinical observation: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.33% and 86.67%,it was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the Wexner constipation scores were reduced, and the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the total curative effect of Ganoderma mushroom mixture on functional constipation is better than mosapride.Clinical experiment research:Determination of p H: Compared with before treatment, the p H value of the two groups of patients decreased after treatment, there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).the treatment group was better in improving the p H value(P<0.05).Determination of bacillus / coccus ratio: Compared with before treatment, the bacillus/ coccus ratio in both groups of patients increased after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of improving the bacillus / coccus ratio(P<0.05).Determination of the number of enteric bacteria: Compared with before treatment, the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus increased significantly after treatment, and the number of Escherichia coli and Escherichia coli decreased significantly(P<0.05).In terms of improving the number of bifidobacteria and coliforms, the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);there was no difference between the two groups in improving the number of lactobacilli and E.coli(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Both treatments can improve the frequency and duration of bowel movements in patients with functional constipation, and the clinical effect of the Ganoderma mushroom mixture group is more significant.2.Ganoderma Mushroom Mixture has obvious adjustment effect on the changes of intestinal flora in patients with functional constipation. The effect is better than Mo in terms of improving the p H value, bacillus / coccus ratio, lactobacilli, bifidobacteria,E.coli, enterococci Sapele.
