Investigation And Analysis Of The Demand For Long-term Nursing Insurance In Zhengzhou

With the deepening of the aging of China’s population,more and more people enter the ranks of the elderly,their independent living ability is constantly reduced.At the same time,due to the development of society and the gradual reduction of family size,children face more work and life pressure,so that they care for their parents to do their filial duty.Moreover,with the rising cost of medical care,the health and happiness of many Chinese families will be affected if care for the elderly is not arranged in advance.Early aging stage,the developed countries have established a relatively perfect system of long-term care insurance,and longterm care insurance in our country still in the exploratory stage,in response to the family the elderly long-term care problems especially the family members of the disability,alleviate the pressure of the family care,some cities in our country has carried out the pilot work for the long-term care insurance.But in a country with a vast territory,a large population,and a wide range of economic differences,long-term care insurance has a long way to go.As an important part of the development of long-term care insurance,it is of great significance to investigate and analyze the demand of long-term care insurance.This paper takes Zhengzhou,a city in central China,as the research object,USES the questionnaire survey method to statistically analyze the long-term care insurance demand of residents in Zhengzhou,and at the same time USES the empirical analysis method to discuss the factors influencing the long-term care insurance demand.This article main research process according to the following steps: first,define the related concepts of long-term care insurance,the relevant theoretical basis of this study are introduced,then the current situation of social development of Zhengzhou city of Zhengzhou city,expounds the implementation of the necessity and feasibility of long-term care insurance,then on the basis of reference to relevant literature and combined with the actual design questionnaire,Zhengzhou city,analyzing the questionnaire data.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper found that the residents of Zhengzhou city did not have a high degree of understanding of long-term care insurance,and the propaganda role of the government was not effectively played.The residents’ acceptance of the highest premium of the long-term care insurance is higher than the domestic pilot payment level,and the expectation of the compensation amount is quite different.In addition,Zhengzhou residents are more willing to receive the mixed payment mode of cash and professional nursing services in terms of payment methods,and more inclined to home care and community care in terms of service methods.At the same time by crosstab and binary logistic model to analyze the questionnaire results found that demographic characteristics of the level of education,income and health status,the number of children in a family factors,whether to have to support the pressure of the old man and the family members of the disability,family members,whether to have sufficient time to provide care,pension and nursing concept of identity does the concept of "support" initiative to take part in commercial medical treatment or endowment insurance,risk perception and the degree of concern about elderly disability in insurance consciousness,understand the long-term care insurance,agree to long-term care insurance can guarantee in later life factors such as the need for long-term care insurance The influence direction and relative influence degree are given.Finally,based on the investigation and analysis results,based on the development experience at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of Zhengzhou city,this paper proposes to guide the transformation of people’s pension concept in Zhengzhou city and cultivate the consciousness of pension insurance.To increase the publicity and promotion of long term care insurance to improve the understanding of residents;Establishing scientific and reasonable financing mechanism;Advocate service payment and strictly control moral hazard;Advocate home and community nursing,improve the corresponding supporting facilities: improve the nursing service system,ensure the quality of nursing services and other specific Suggestions,in order to ensure the rapid and good development of long-term care insurance in Zhengzhou,truly meet the nursing needs of the public,ease the pressure of care for millions of families.
