| With the introduction of the policy of "health poverty alleviation" and the change of disease spectrum in China,chronic diseases,especially chronic respiratory diseases,have become one of the most important causes of death in China.In addition,people’s demand for health has increased,so it is urgent to reduce the disease burden of patients in poor areas through health poverty alleviation.The generalization of appropriate technology can quickly improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of grassroots medical institutions in a short time.Guizhou province is a high-risk area about chronic respiratory disease,and it’s the main battlefield of poverty alleviation.To rapidly improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of grassroots medical institutions,keep patients in grassroots medical institutions,reduce the burden of disease and perfect the chronic respiratory diseases prevention and control system in Guizhou,we can evaluate the effect of generalization of appropriate technology for chronic respiratory,so as to provide reference for long-term effective mechanism.The study sorts relevant theories and methods through reviewing literature.Delphi method is used to construct the evaluation index system about the effect of appropriate technologies of chronic respiratory diseases.A questionnaire is conducted to understand the generalization’s effect of each city(state).SPSS20.0 is used to analyze the influencing factors of the satisfaction of the promoted.Evaluate the generalization’s effect comprehensively by TOPSIS method and weighted sum method and divide the effect by RSR method to compare each city(state)generalization’s effect.Finally,analyze influence factors and environment in the process of generalization about appropriate technology of chronic respiratory diseases.According to the results of the analysis,we can put forward the following suggestions:perfect the chronic respiratory diseases prevention and control system,build a long-term mechanism,strengthen the construction of medical personnel team,start the effect evaluation,make full use of the telemedicine platform. |
