On March 17,2009,the State Council announced to the public the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Deepening the Reform of the Medical and Health System." The basic goal of “difficult and expensive medical treatment”also puts forward the ambitious goal of establishing and improving a basic medical and health system covering urban and rural residents and providing safe,efficient,convenient and inclusive medical and health services for urban and rural residents.Although the new medical reform has been progressing,there are still various problems in China’s medical and health system.China’s high-quality medical resources are still insufficient,and the problems of "difficult to see and expensive to see a doctor" are still prominent.Malignant events are common,and these undoubtedly increase the degree of discord between doctors and patients,and the public’s satisfaction with medical services is also decreasing year by year.The "Healthy China 2030" plan outline was reviewed and approved in 2016.The outline states that it is necessary to adjust and optimize the health service system,significantly improve health equity,better meet the health needs of the people,and protect people’s health in all aspects.However,due to the imbalance in the allocation of medical resources,the supply and demand of medical resources are unbalanced.Furthermore,the asymmetry of information in the medical market has also led to frequent contradictions and inharmonies between doctors and patients.Not only the deepening reform of the medical and health system,but also the feelings of the entire medical staff group,is not conducive to the construction of a harmonious socialist society.Improving the degree of trust between doctors and patients and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship are the inherent requirements for the deepening development of new medical reform.Therefore,it is particularly important to resolve the doctor-patient contradiction and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.This article first analyzes the current situation of doctor-patient relationship from the aspects of doctor-patient contradiction,doctor-patient communication,doctor-patient trust and satisfaction and ways to resolve doctor-patient disputes on the basis of literaturereview and related theoretical summary.There are problems in the relationship.The doctor-patient relationship is relatively tense,the contradictions are prominent,and it is not harmonious.In order to explore the influencing factors of harmonious doctor-patient relationship and measure the harmonious degree of doctor-patient relationship,according to the theoretical model of harmonious degree of doctor-patient relationship,it is necessary to measure the harmonious degree of doctor-patient relationship through the satisfaction of the doctor,the patient and the public.Based on this,the customer satisfaction model is used to construct a satisfaction theoretical model from three aspects: the patient,the medical,and the public.After that,based on the theoretical model,a structural equation model of the doctor-patient relationship satisfaction measure was constructed,an index system was established,and a questionnaire was designed.Then conducted a pre-investigation,analyzed and processed the pre-investigation data,and then adjusted the initial model of the structural equation and formed the final indicator system and questionnaire.Finally,the formal questionnaire was used to obtain valid questionnaire data,and then the data was empirically analyzed.Satisfaction scores were measured from patients,doctors,and the public,and then the doctor-patient relationship harmony index was calculated from the satisfaction scores.It was found that the doctor-patient relationship was at a low level of disharmony.Then,based on the empirical results,the causes of the discordant relationship between doctors and patients are analyzed,and finally,policy recommendations for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship are proposed based on the above research conclusions. |
