| With the gradual deepening of aging,the issue of personal custody of the elderly has attracted more and more attention from the society.More and more attention has been paid to the problem of elderly guardianship.The problem of personal custody of the elderly who are left alone is particularly prominent.The personal custody of such special elderly people needs the role of public guardian to participate in the solution.In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly and ensure the scientific rationality of the medical decision-making of the elderly,it is imperative to construct a comprehensive evaluation mechanism for major medical decision-making for the elderly.Therefore,the paper carries out the following research.Thesis takes the comprehensive scoring mechanism of public medical care major decision-making as the research object.Based on the theory that the state acts as the agent of the vulnerable group and the rational person makes decision-making,it studies from the following aspects: this paper firstly reviews the current situation of public custody research at home and abroad and the status quo of medical decision-making for special elderly people in China,and finds the need for medical care for the elderly in the absence of guardians;Secondly,through combing the status quo of decision-making for elderly medical agents at home and abroad,it sums up the fact that the elderly at home and abroad use the pre-set medical instructions as an important basis for medical decision-making for the elderly,and combined with the Jinshan District Aged Care Home in Shanghai and the Notarization Office of Putuo District.Interview research and monitoring case analysis,proposed to build a comprehensive medical decision-making comprehensive scoring mechanism;Finally,combined with the current medical care and nursing mechanism forthe elderly,the construction of a comprehensive score-based operation process based on the special group of elderly,public guardians,and hospitals,and the design of an operation mechanism for acute ischemic stroke in the elderly.Propose relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the solution of the problem of medical care for the elderly in a specific group,effectively protect the interests of special elderly groups,and provide more ideas for actively responding to the aging of the population.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,there are many needs for the elderly who have lost their only child and widowed elder,especially in the case of personal supervision and property surveillance.Second,increase the promotion of advance directives,especially for the elderly who have lost their independence.According to the age,physical condition and major diseases common to the elderly,the advance medical instructions should be set to reflect the medical will of the elderly.Thirdly,on the basis of the elderly signing the advance medical instructions,it is recommended to build a major Comprehensive decision-making mechanism for medical decision-making,aiming at the common diseases of the elderly and the corresponding doctors’ medical treatment guidelines,clarifying the normative behavior of public guardians,reducing the risk of personal supervision in the case of unconsciousness of the elderly;fourth,based on considerations of various factors,the proportion of major medical decision-making participants is reasonably allocated. |
