Hostility attribution bias is an important factor that affects the recovery of social cognitive function of schizophrenics in stable recovery period. At present, the research of hostility attribution bias in China is mainly focused on the medical clinical field, and the empirical research of social work intervention is less.To improve the hostility attribution bias of schizophrenics in stable rehabilitation period is an important way to promote the recovery of their social cognitive function. This paper mainly discusses whether group work intervention based on cognitive behavior theory can effectively improve the hostility attribution bias of stable convalescent schizophrenics. The overall goal of this group work intervention is to help stable convalescent schizophrenics improve their hostile attribution bias, reduce their potential aggressive behavior, further restore and improve their social cognitive function,so as to promote their smooth integration into society. The method of this paper is as follows: 10 schizophrenics in stable recovery period who received rehabilitation service at Sunshine post station of Jianqiao street in Hanyang District were divided into experimental group and control group by means of paired sample comparison. Each group has 5 members. On the premise of daily rehabilitation activities, the experimental group carried out group work intervention, and the effect of group work intervention was measured by the Chinese version of the equivocal, objective and hostile attribution questionnaire(aihq-c)and the individual and social function scale(PSP).The group work for the experimental group is divided into seven stages,a total of 18 group activities.According to the related rehabilitation standards of schizophrenic patients and the rehabilitation needs of the team members, the corresponding activities were formulated. The results showed that there were significant differences in the scores of each scale before and after the intervention of cognitive behavior group, and the scores of each scale in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. Therefore, through this study,we can draw the following conclusions: group work intervention based on the theory of cognitive behavior is conducive to the stable rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients to improve the hostile attribution bias, and further promote the recovery of their social cognitive function. Finally,in view of the social work practice of schizophrenics in the stable rehabilitation period, the author discusses from two aspects: project experience and practical experience. In view of the project experience, the author believes that the project can continue to run through the establishment of community rehabilitation resource service team, cooperation and sharing site, self promotion and fund introduction, and the establishment of regular professional training and expert liaison mechanism for social workers. In view of practical experience, the author focuses on the diversification of specific group activity design, the non expert role orientation of social workers and the function of social service provision;in view of how to effectively ensure the sustainability of group work intervention effect, the author discusses the construction of community from two aspects: the establishment of multi-dimensional sustainable and stable subject participation and the professionalism of social workers The effective path of mental rehabilitation model.
