Ginsenoside Rh1 has the functions of anti-cancer,liver protection,improve immunity.In recent years,preparation Ginsenoside Rh1 was widespread attention.But the content of Ginseng is extremely low,and it But the Ginsenoside Rh1 content of Ginseng is extremely low,and the cost of direct extraction from plants is high.It is feasible to prepare Rh1 from Panaxatriol saponins Re by catalytic conversion.My paper main researching that the catalytic conversion process of Rh1 was studied converting Ginsenoside Re into Rh1 with catalyzer of FeCl3.and the composition of the prepared products was analyzed.In order to improve the conversion rate of Ginsenoside Rh1,a single factor experiment was conducted on the reaction conditions.Finally,the optimal conditions of hydrolysis Ginsenoside Re are:70%(V/V)ethanol solution and the concentration of Fe3+was 0.65 mol/L,the reaction concentration of Re is 10 g/L.Reaction temperature and time were respectively60℃and 17 h.According to the above optimal reaction conditions to prepare.the yield is75%(W/W).The composition of the product was analyzed,the result shows that the product is mainly composed of 20(S)-Rg2 and 20(R)-Rg2,20(S)-Rh1 and 20(R)-Rh1,Rk3 and Rh4、Rg4 and Rg6.The contents of Ginsenoside 20(S)-Rh1 and 20(R)-Rh1 were 7.19%(W/W)and4.00%(W/W)respectively.The mixture of 20(R)-Rh1 and 20(S)-Rh1 was purified by silica gel column chromatography.The content of 20(S)-Rh1 was 64.15%(W/W),and that of20(R)-Rh1 was 33.70%(W/W).The ratio of the two components was about 6:4.The purity of the purified sample was 97.85%.
