Therapeutic Effect Of Jianpi Ruangan Decoction On Liver Fibrosis Of Hepatitis B With Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency

Objective:To compared the clinical effects of Jianpi Ruangan decaction with entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis and single entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis.In order to provide some help for the clinical treatment of hepatitis B patients with liver fibrosis.Methods:(1)according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the patients with hepatitis B liver fibrosis(liver depression and spleen deficiency)were collected from December 2018 to July 2019 in the hepatobiliary Department of Fuzhou second hospital affiliated to Xiamen University.(2)The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment plans.The experimental group was treated with Jianpi Ruangan decaction combined with entecavir treatment group,and the control group was treated with single entecavir.(3)The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated by observing the TCM symptom score,liver fibrosis index,liver function,blood routine test and virus response of the two groups three months after treatment,six months after treatment and nine months after treatment.Results:(1)after 3 months of treatment,the TCM symptom score,liver function,Fibro Scan hardness value and before treatment in the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.05),and the TCM symptom score,ALT and AST in the experimental group were more significantly improved than those in the control group(P < 0.05);there was no significant change in blood routine test in the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).(2)After 6 months of treatment,the TCM symptom score,Fibro Scan liver hardness value and the three months after treatment in the two groups were significantly improved(P <0.05),and the TCM symptom score,alt,Fibro Scan liver hardness in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P < 0.05);while the four items of liver fibrosis,liver function in the two groups were improved,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05)After treatment,there was no significant change in blood routine of the two groups(P > 0.05).(3)After 9 months of treatment,the TCM symptom score,liver function,Fibro Scan liver hardness value and 6 months of treatment in the two groups were significantly improved.The improvement of TCM symptom score and Fibro Scan liver hardness value in the experimental group was more obvious than that in the control group(P < 0.05);after treatment,there was no significant change in blood routine test in the two groups(P > 0.05).(4)After treatment,the HBV-DNA response of the two groups was significantly improved,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05)(5)after treatment,the curative effect evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine: after treatment,2 patients in the experimental group were clinically cured,the effective rate was 15,the effective rate was 11,the ineffective rate was 0;in the control group,0 patients were clinically cured,the effective rate was 11,the effective rate was 23,the ineffective rate was 0.The effective rate of the experimental group was 100%,in which the effective rate was 53.6%,the effective rate of the control group was 100%,and the effective rate was 32.4%.The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Ruangan decaction combined with entecavir is better than that of single entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B with liver fibrosis.After 6 months of treatment,the anti fibrosis effect of liver fibrosis patients treated by Jianpi Ruangan decaction combined with entecavir is more obvious than that of patients treated with single entecavir.
