Based On Professor Liu Aihua’s Real World Research On The Treatment Of Diabetes(Type 2 Diabetes) From The Perspective Of Dan Yu

Research Background: Professor Liu Aihua,who has been practicing medicine for more than 40 years,has been fighting in the front line of TCM clinical,teaching and scientific research.Liu master in clinical syndrome adheres to the principle of "learning from the ancient without holding to the ancient,and innovation is never far away".After long-term clinical practice,Liu master has unique insights in the treatment of diabetes(type 2 diabetes)and has accumulated rich clinical experience.Research Objective: Through the real clinical diagnosis and treatment summary,so as to inherit Liu master’s academic clinical experience of treating diabetes(type 2diabetes)with Dan Yu and further enrich the connotation of TCM differentiation and treatment of diabetes.Methods: Through studing Liu master,listening to Liu master’s understanding of this disease,timely recording and collecting relevant outpatient medical records,reading relevant literature materials and combining with the materials collected by former senior teachers,the collected data were studied,analyzed and written.Research Results: This paper consists of five parts.The first part briefly analyses Liu master’s academic thought.The second part mainly describes Liu master’s understanding of quenching diabetes(type 2 diabetes mellitus).The third part mainly introduces Liu master’s understanding of quenching diabetes(type 2 diabetes)from three aspects: "the causes of guts,the Dan Yu,and the quenching of diabetes caused by Dan Yu".The fourth part mainly introduces the real world exploration of Liu master’s treatment of diabetes(type 2 diabetes)from the three aspects of "circulation of Qi and Blood,internalization of stagnation and pathogenic factors,and nursing of life".The fifth part mainly through the real clinical cases to analyze Liu master’s clinical syndrome thinking of treating diabetes(type 2 diabetes mellitus).Through the abovecontents,the author discusses Liu master’s experience in treating diabetes(type 2diabetes)with the theory of Dan Yu in Huangdi Neijing,the thinking of differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,and the clinical theories,methods,prescriptions and drugs.
