Clinical Study Of Lipixiaoji Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronicgastritis With Gastric Polyps(Spleen Deficiency Type)

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of the prescription lipixiaoji decoction designed by the tutor in the treatment of chronic gastritis with gastric polyps(spleen deficiency syndrome),summarize the characteristics of the principle,method,prescription and medicine of the diagnosis and treatment of chronic gastritis with gastric polyps(spleen deficiency syndrome),and provide clinical basis and new treatment ideas for the treatment of chronic gastritis with gastric polyps(spleen deficiency syndrome).Methods: Thirty-six patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected.All the prescriptions taken by the patients were traditional Chinese medicine decoction made by the tutor on the basis of lipixiaoji decoction,which was added or subtraction based on the differentiation of syndromes.The decoction was taken once a day,2 hours warm after breakfast and lunch,and the course of treatment was 3 months.After the end of the treatment course,the changes of TCM symptom points before and after the treatment were observed and evaluated,the improvement of the maximum diameter and number of polyps under gastroscope was reviewed,and the clinical efficacy of lipixiaoji decoction was evaluated with statistical analysis data,and the conclusion was analyzed.Results:TCM syndrome integral effect: 36 patients were included in this study,and 1patient fell off.The total effective rate was 97.14%.According to the paired sample t test of TCM syndromes(main symptoms,secondary symptoms and tongue pulse)before and after treatment,the results showed that P < 0.05 was statistically significant,indicating that this research method had significant effect in improving TCM syndromes.Endoscopic efficacy: the cure rate of polyp was 34.29%,the total effective rate of polyp diameter reduction was 80%,and the total effective rate of polyp number reduction was 57.14%.The change of diameter of single polyp before and after treatment was analyzed by rank-sum test,and the results showed that Z=-2.398,P <0.05.The maximum diameter of multiple polyps before and after treatment was analyzed by rank-sum test,and the results showed that Z=-4.087,P < 0.05;The change in total size of polyps before and after treatment was analyzed by rank-sum test,and the results showed that Z=-4.699,P < 0.05.The above results were statistically significant,indicating that this study had a significant effect on reducing polyps.After the treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndromes was compared with that of endoscopy.According to the rank-sum test analysis,the results showed that Z=-1.410,P < 0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that this method could improve TCM syndromes and the size and number of polyps.Conclusion:Through the observation of this subject,it is found that lipixiaoji decoction has positive efficacy and high safety in improving the clinical symptoms of chronic gastritis with gastric polyps(spleen deficiency syndrome),reducing the diameter of polyps and reducing the number of polyps,and is worthy of further study and promotion in clinical practice.
