ObjectivePercutaneous cardiac cryoablation has achieved satisfactory results in the treatment of patients with atrial fibrillation, but for those patients with coexisting left pulmonary veins, the choice of ablation strategy has not yet been reported in the literature. This article intends to carry out a retrospective study on the surgical cases completed by the second-generation balloon in this center to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the segmental isolation technique in the treatment of patients with common pulmonary venous atrial fibrillation.MethodsStatistics 1027 The data of patients in our hospital who received percutaneous cardiac cryoablation, including their baseline data before admission, intraoperative conditions, the occurrence of complications, and postoperative follow-up,were divided into the left co-stem group and In the non-left co-stem group, the safety of cryoablation in patients with atrial fibrillation with left co-pulmonary vein was evaluated by comparing the incidence of complications The effectiveness of patients with atrial fibrillation.Results1.Cases with left co-occurrence have no left side in terms of age, gender,BMI,past history, tobacco and alcohol history, stroke score, bleeding score, medical history, creatinine clearance, left atrium size, left ventricular ejection fraction, etc. There was no significant difference in the cases of co-occurrence(P> 0.05);2.The replenishment rate of the left common pulmonary vein is higher than other pulmonary veins(LCPV 12.2% VS LSPV 1.2%,RSPV 1.7%,LIPV 0.9%,RIPV4.0%);3.The incidence of complications in the left co-stem group is not significantly different from that in the non-left co-stem group;4.The older the age,the higher the possibility of relapse(p = 0.04);the recurrence rate of persistent atrial fibrillation is much higher than that of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(p = 0.000).(P = 0.009).Those with a large left atrium are prone to relapse(p = 0.049).Univariate analysis did not have a significant effect on co-occurrence(p =0.33).5.There is no significant difference in the success rate between the left co-operative group and the non-left co-operative group after two years(P = 0.107);ConclusionThere is no significant difference in the safety and effectiveness of percutaneous cardiac cryoablation in the treatment of patients with atrial fibrillation with left pulmonary vein coexistence and non-coexistence. |
