Polyps Exposed To Difficult Vocal Cords By Nasal Endoscopy Combined With Angle Laryngeal Forceps

Objective: To investigate the effects of endoscopic removal of vocal cord polyps with an Angle laryngeal forceps.Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on the treatment and efficacy of patients with glottic exposure difficulties during the operation in Huai ’ an huaiyin hospital our department from March 2015 to May 2018.To support the laryngeal endoscopic excision of vocal cords polyp surgery patients encountering difficulty in the glottis exposure in the laryngoscope after conventional intubation(right Angle)in endoscopic imaging system see lesion site,take appropriate laryngeal forceps,the laryngeal forceps tip to 1 ～ 2 cm into the required camber,disposal action to gently,also can normally remain disposal good laryngeal forceps.Set aside.The treated laryngeal forceps were inserted into the laryngoscope and the polyps of vocal cords were routinely bitten off to repair the edge of the acoustic band.Postoperative routine intravenous drip of antibiotics for 3 days,and atomized inhalation of budesonide aerosol for 2 times/d,for 3 consecutive day.Results:All patients underwent a one-time complete removal of vocal cord polyps,wi th an average operative time of 10 min,and no tongue injury,cervical spine injury,too th loss and other serious complications occurred.All patients were followed up for 3-12 months after the operation,with an average of 6 months.The patients were satisfie d with their own voice recovery after the operation,without obvious hoarseness.The review of electronic laryngoscopy showed that the edge of the vocal cords was smoot h,without adhesion or defect,and no polyp recurrence during the follow-up.Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic combined with self-made Angle laryngeal forceps can completely remove vocal cord polyps in patients with difficulty in glottis exposure.Gl ottis field is fully exposed,the conditions were created for the complete resection of the lesion,the postoperative response was mild,the incidence of complications was low,and the curative effect was good.The requipment is relatively easy to obtain under current conditions especially suitable for primary hospitals,it worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
