Objective:Intervention in patients with uterine fibroids in HIFU,discusses "five element music" on the vital signs, the influence of pain and anxiety, the assessment of "five element music" dialectical non-drug therapy applied in analgesia in patients with uterine fibroids in HIFU sedative effects of optimal effectiveness and their clinical modulation effect, give full play to the traditional Chinese medical treatment of advantages and characteristics, and offer reference for clinical application and the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment. Methods:In this study,a randomized, controlled trial was conducted to collect 136 patients who were admitted to the HIFU center of the Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM from July 2018 to May 2019,and they were randomly divided into two groups.During HIFU surgery, the music group was given the "five element music" combined with routine analgesia and sedation program, while the control group was given the routine analgesia and sedation program.Patients’ vital signs were observed and recorded before and after surgery, and quantitative grading criteria such as STAI anxiety scale and NRS pain score were used as measurement tools to evaluate the efficacy and safety of "five-element music".Results:(1)Comparison of intraoperative vital signs: there was no significant difference inrespiration between the two groups at different time points during theoperation(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in heart ratebetween the two groups at 60min(P<0.05).The difference of systolic anddiastolic blood pressure between the two groups was statistically significant at30min and 60 min during the operation and at the end of the operation(P<0.05).(2)Intraoperative NRS score comparison: there was no significant differencebetween the two groups in NRS score at 10 min after operation(P>0.05).Therewere statistically significant differences in NRS scores at 30 min,60min andend of surgery(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of STAI scores before and after intervention:There was nosignificant difference between the two groups in SAI scores beforeintervention(P>0.05).The SAI scores after intervention were compared, and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significantdifference in TAI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)The relationship between the degree of pain and the level of education andmusic accomplishment after intervention:After the intervention, there was nostatistically significant difference between the intraoperative pain level, education level or music quality(p>0.05).(5)Comparison of satisfaction: the difference of intraoperative satisfactionbetween the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)"Five element music" combined with routine analgesia and sedation regimencan reduce the heart rate, diastolic and systolic blood pressure of patients withuterine fibroids during HIFU surgery, significantly relieve the pain level andanxiety of patients, and the intervention effect and satisfaction are better thanthe simple routine analgesia and sedation regimen.(2)The intervention effect of "five element music" has nothing to do with theeducation level and music quality of patients.(3)"Five element music" is simple and easy to use, with high safety andsatisfaction, which is worthy of further summary and promotion in clinicalpractice. |
