With the development of information and network technology,the advancement of digital healthcare technology has been encouraged.Digital healthcare can monitor human physiological signals through medical equipment and provide medical services.However,healthcare contains the plaintext of patients’ medical diagnosis and treatment,such as personal identity privacy,health protection,hidden diseases and other privacy data,which is vulnerable to malicious nodes’ attacks,resulting in data privacy disclosure and other issues.At the same time,healthcare data is stored decentralized in various centralized medical institutions.Due to the lack of unified trust standards and interoperability across medical devices will cause problems,such as data isolation and sharing difficulties.This brings great challenges to the security protection and effective sharing of healthcare data privacy.Blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization,immutability,traceability,and collective maintenance,which can effectively eliminate the traditional centralized medical data management mode.But data privacy protection and security sharing are still urgently needed challenges.To this end,research on privacy protection strategy of healthcare data based on blockchain is proposed.Being aimed at the problem of data privacy security protection,blockchain-based healthcare data privacy protection policy was proposed.First,the data uploaded by the medical sensor is used to authenticate the feature attributes and legitimacy of the nodes,and the Merkle root value is saved to prevent malicious tampering or forgery of the data.In addition,the original data is double-encrypted with an asymmetric key,and then the double-encrypted ciphertext is mixedly signed,which can ensure the security and integrity of data privacy.Finally,the trusted data mixed signature records are added to the distributed ledger by the nodes in the distributed network to ensure the consensus of data records.To solve data privacy sharing and data loss issues,a healthcare data privacy sharing strategy based on blockchain is proposed.First,the original data is segment-encrypted,and then the ciphertext is distributed stored in the mobile edge storage server,which can prevent leakage or tampering of internal nodes.Furthermore,the stored ciphertext is encrypted with pseudo-homomorphic data sharing algorithm,and then the shared ciphertext is signed to guarantee the security and legal source of shared data privacy.Finally,in order to obtain the original data,medical personnel with access rights obtain the shared ciphertext transmitted through the distributed network and decrypt it with the secret private key.The analysis results indicate that the proposed strategy can effectively improve node resource utilization and sharing efficiency,reduce latency and improve data processing speed and system robustness,as well as better protect healthcare data privacy.
