| With the progress of medical science,the continuous development of new technology and the upgrading and updating of new equipment,the management and use of medical consumables in hospitals have undergone important changes,and the difficulty of medical consumables management has been further improved.Under the background of medical reform,the traditional extensive management of medical consumables can not meet the daily operation requirements of hospitals and the effective development of medical services.In this regard,it is necessary to improve the whole process and every link of medical consumables management,further change the management mode of medical consumables,and meet the operational requirements of hospitals by strengthening the management of medical consumables to strengthen the internal control of hospitals and the cost control of medical consumables.Hunan Cancer Hospital is a Grade 3A tumor specialized hospital which integrates medical treatment,scientific research,teaching,prevention and rehabilitation.At present,there are problems and deficiencies in the management of medical consumables.Based on the fine management theory,business process reengineering theory and internal control theory,this paper analyzes the current problems in Hunan Cancer Hospital by using literature research,descriptive research,case study and investigation research.First,in the process of purchasing management,there are some problems,such as imperfect purchasing organization of consumables,imperfect evaluation system of suppliers of supplier management.Second,in the link of inventory management and use,there are problems of traceability and supervision of consumables use,discrepancy between material objects and billing of consumables,improper storage of consumables in secondary storage.Third,in the analysis and supervision feedback link,there are problems that can not carry out the cost management of consumables,the quality supervision of consumables is insufficient,and the incentive failure of consumables management.In view of the existing problems in the hospital,this paper puts forward some measures from purchasing management,inventory management and use,analysis and supervision feedback.Firstly,aiming at the problems of access and purchasing management of consumables,this paper puts forward the solution measures to set upthe management committee of consumables,perfect the management system of supplier evaluation and establish the platform of supplier management.Secondly,aiming at the problems of inventory management and use,the paper puts forward some measures to solve the problems of closed-loop management of consumables,strengthening the management of main database and perfecting the storage system of second-level storage of consumables.Thirdly,aiming at the problems of analysis and supervision feedback,this paper puts forward the solution measures to implement the management of the refined cost of consumables,perfect the monitoring and evaluation mechanism of consumables and perfect the performance appraisal system,and provides the solution to the problem of the whole process of medical consumables management from the point of view of system,process and information technology.This not only provides ideas for the improvement of consumables management in Hunan Cancer Hospital,but also can provide reference for each hospital unit to carry out the Party’s new medical reform policy and realize the improvement of its own consumables management.The management of consumables analyzed in this paper is universal and representative,and the proposed solution combines the latest direction of medical reform at present,using modern information technology pace with the times,which is feasible and implementable.This not only provides ideas for the improvement of consumables management in Hunan Cancer Hospital,but also can provide reference for each hospital unit to carry out the Party’s new medical reform policy and realize its own consumables management improvement. |
