| Schizophrenia is already the fourth leading cause of disease in today’s world. The domestic prevalence rate can reach 6.55 ‰,accounting for about half of the lifetime prevalence rate(13.7 ‰)of each semi-mental disorder. The results of the study show that memory impairment has the characteristics of stability in schizophrenic patients and is considered to be a major cognitive dysfunction of mental illness. It reflects the defects of hippocampal function and seriously affects their learning, life and social function.Episodic memory is a short-term memory mode, which involves specific events in personal life. The information it receives and maintains is always related to a specific time and place. It should not only pay attention to the goal, but also consider the surrounding conditions(such as time, place, people, etc.)Therefore,it is unique and advanced.During execution, episodic memory involves a wide network of cortex and subcortical brain regions. With the rapid development of cognitive neuroscience, functional magnetic resonance imaging(f MRI)with high temporal and spatial resolution provides technical support for the study of memory brain structure and neurophysiology. The application of the brain network method has made great progress in the research of schizophrenia and achieved important results. In summary,as an important research method, functional brain networks have been used in the diagnosis and research of schizophrenia, thereby discovering abnormal network attributes of patients in disease states and achieving many results. But at the same time, the researchers also found that most of the previous research was limited to the construction and analysis of resting f MRI data and structural brain networks. The construction of brain networks on task f MRI data is still not mature. There are still many unknown problems. Therefore, this article combines functional magnetic resonance imaging with memory behavioral experiments-that is,to analyze functional brain networks under contextual memory,to study memory brain network defects in schizophrenic patients, and to analyze significant differences of the memory of schizophrenic patients from the perspective of functional brain networks and normal subjects. This article mainly uses two different functional brain networkconstruction methods,Generalized Linear Model(GLM)and Generalized Psycho Physiiologic Interaction(g PPI),for normal subjects and schizophrenic patients. The changes and differences of brain regions and brain network attributes when completing memory tasks were systematically studied. The results of the study show that the GLM method is slightly inadequate when analyzing the task state f MRI data.In the study of the difference in brain network attributes,g PPI is more obvious than the GLM method, whether it is a global attribute or a local attribute, and the difference is more obvious, and it shows the changes and defects of the brain of schizophrenic patients under memory behavior more accurately. On this basis, the researchers also conducted research on task-activated brain regions, and the results showed that compared with patients with schizophrenia, normal subjects had more brain regions activated during memory. At the same time, the results show that under the control conditions of memory and retrieval tasks, both normal subjects and patients have more brain regions activated than other task conditions. At the same time, during the completion of memory tasks between the finely divided patients and the normal subjects, there is a clear difference in the brain area activated by the brain, which means that the normal subjects and the patients have different brain activities. The specific research contents of this article include:(1)In view of the difficulties in the construction of task-oriented brain networks, this article combines functional magnetic resonance imaging technology with behavioral experiments-that is,analysis of brain functional networks under paired memory tasks, using GLM and g PPI two different brain network construction methods Carry out the construction of a task-oriented brain network;(2)In order to study the difference between the brain network of normal subjects and schizophrenic patients in the memory test, this study analyzes from different perspectives of global attributes, local attributes and modularity, and explores the changes of brain networks under the state of brain disease Regular study of schizophrenia patients with memory impairment brain network defects;(3)In order to explore the function of each brain region in the memory experiment, the researchers conducted a study on the brain activation state of the subjects when they completed the memory task and a correlation analysisbetween network efficiency and brain activation to explore each brain in the memory process. |
