As a kind of safe,efficient,low-priced imaging device,ultrasonic diagnostic instrument has widely been applied to clinical practice.Now,with the promotion of the brand of domestic ultrasonic diagnostic instrument,it gradually appeared in the hospitals at all levels such as Mindray,Sono Scape,etc.Whether the basic image performance of these domestic-made ultrasonic diagnostic instruments can meet the diagnostic needs of various clinical practice,the advantages and disadvantages can be found by comparing the basic B-mode ultrasonic image performance of the domestic ultrasonic diagnostic instrument with the image of the imported equipment.The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the image quality of domestic brand B-mode ultrasound represented by Mindray,it includes the study of domestic b-ultrasound image stability and import brand b-ultrasound image quality of the pros and cons,which provides the basic data for evaluating the B-mode ultrasound image quality of the medical ultrasonic diagnostic instrument made in China.Depending on the distribution of probes of different brands,models and functions in the hospital,Four different types of probes for one domestic brand and two imported brands are considered as the objects of study,which should be in good condition and never repaired,and the service life of the probe should not exceed three years.The probes of each brands are tested in ultrasonic diagnostic instrument with good image quality,and each channel with little capacity decrease,this process follows some detection Items and methods of basic image,which was regulated by Technical Specification for Quality Control and Testing of Medical Ultrasonic Doppler Diagnostic Equipment,the imaging quality of each probe is tested by the ks107 series phantom researched and developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences,and the imaging performance is quantified by each gray-scale image characterization parameter.After we get these parameters,all data are analyzed by SPSS statistical software.The data analysis results are divided into two parts.One is the analysis of B-ultrasonic image stability of domestic ultrasound diagnostic instruments used in hospitals of different grades;The second is to compare the advantages and disadvantages of various image quality indexes of domestic and imported ultrasound,including blind area,maximum detection depth,resolution,measurement error,etc.The results show that,B-ultrasound image quality parameters of domestic brands of ultrasound diagnostic instruments in different levels of hospitals are not significantly different in terms of stability,only one different image index in the comparison results of the linear array probe and sector array probe,while there is not significant difference in the image index of the other two types of probes.In the comparison between domestic and imported ultrasonic image quality indexes,most of the image quality parameters of the fourtypes of probes of domestic brands have no statistical difference with those of imported brands,and a few parameters have significant differences,domestic brand ultrasound diagnostic instruments have disadvantages,such as a large blind area of linear array probes and a large error of longitudinal cystic lesions at the depth of 30 mm,and the domestic phased array probe has a large transverse resolution at the depth of 50 mm.But at the same time,domestic brand ultrasound diagnostic instruments also have advance image indicators,the transverse geometrical error of sector array probe of domestic Mindray brand is significantly better than Philips;The error of transverse cystic lesion at 70 mm of phased array probe also has fewer than that of Philips brand.
