[Purpose]In order to promote the good development of hypertension health management APP in China, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the optimization and promotion of hypertension health management APP in China, promotes the efficient use of internet medical treatment, and studies the choice preferences and influencing factors of hypertension patients and people with hypertension risk to the importance of various functions of health management APP.[Methods]Using literature analysis method to look up the current situation at home and abroad to provide theoretical basis and reference for this study;using BIBD(Balanced incomplete block design),BWS(Best worst scaling)and expert consultation generate questionnaire;take Wuhan City as the object, collect data by online questionnaire;input questionnaire data by Excel, and analyze respondents’ preference for health management APP function by BWS;use SPSS18.0 for descriptive statistical analysis of data, and use multiple linear regression to analyze various influencing factors.[Results]1.Among the 240 respondents,123 were male, accounting for 51.3%;117 were female, accounting for 48.8%,slightly less than male respondents.Nearly half of the respondents are aged 41-60,and the rest are evenly distributed. The majority of respondents(129,accounting for 53.8%)are undergraduates, junior colleges and above, followed by senior high schools and secondary schools, and junior high schools and below.103 respondents had normal high disease level,97 had mild hypertension, and less had moderate hypertension, only 40(16.7%).2.Using BWS analysis, among the 20 function options, the most important functions were the analysis of examination results(55.42 points),abnormal blood pressure alarm(50.10 points)and blood pressure measurement(25.94 points). The least important functions were user communication(-51.15 points),new drug information push(-40.52 points),and health diary(-38.13 points).3.Through multiple linear regression analysis of the main functions,it is found that the three functions of examination and test result analysis, blood pressure abnormal alarm and new drug information push are not affected by gender, age and other factors in the article, while the functions of blood pressure measurement, health diary and user communication will be affected to varying degrees. The influence of age, disease degree, gender and education degree is discussed respectively. It is found that the influence of age is more obvious in this study;the disease severity is the second;the influence of gender and education degree on each function is not obvious.[Conclusions]1.The influence of age and hypertension level is obvious in this study.2.App developers can first select target groups according to different ages and hypertension levels, and formulate health management app function development strategy according to different requirements of target users.3.Too many functions will affect the user’s use experience, and too few functions can not meet the user’s needs.Developers can set the function structure of the app corresponding to the target users more accurately, avoid blindly pursuing the extensive and comprehensive functions, and provide a more humanized health management mode while refining the functions.
