Since the Mordern have more and more unhealthy living habits,the skin disorders which caused by staying up late and rich cholesterol diet are appearing more and more.As the disorder of cutaneous appendages,alopecia is gradually reducing the satisfaction of people’s outlook.Baldness has received more and more attention since people’s aesthetic standard is higher than before.Meanwhile,under the mental pressure,the proportion of baldness is getting higer between the 80’s and 90’s,which,mostly is the sebrrheic alopecia.Sebrrheic alopecia is a long course disease.It’s one of the refractory disease of Dermatology because of its easily repeated and lack of effctive treatment.ObjectiveThe study treated the sebrrheic alopecia by the combination of percussopunctator and catgut implantation.To explore the mechanism and curative effect of the combination of percussopunctator and catgut implantation treating the sebrrheic alopecia,the study compared the degree of hair loss,greasy,desquamation,hair growth before and after the treatment.The study offered a new clinical experience and convinient method,also provided a new evidence for the clinical study of the sebrrheic alopecia.MethodsThe study collected 66 patients who were diagnosed as sebrrheic alopecia(damp-heat in the spleen-stomach syndrome)in all.They were randomly and equally assigned to two groups,treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with the combination of percussopunctator and catgut implantation while the control group was treated with the combination of percussopunctator and acupuncture.Both two groups were treated with Zusanli,Yinlingquan,Fenglong,Xuehai,Tianshu as acupoint and were treated for eight weeks.The study observed the degree of hair loss,greasy,pruritus,desquamation,hair growth and the symptoms of damp-heat in the spleen-stomach syndrome before the treatment,in the second week,in the fourth week,in the sixth week,in the eighth week during the treatment and in the second week,in the foutrh week after the treatment.The study counted the scores in the end of the treatment and four weeks after the treatment.Accroding the scores,the study compared the curative effect between the two groups.ResultsAlthought there was one case quit the study because the patient couldn’t insist the treatment,the rest of patients finished all the treatment and accepted the follow-up visit.At the end of treatment and four weeks after treatment,the scores of the two groups in primary symptoms and secondary symptoms were significally different from the scores before the treatment,which means that both of the two treatments were effective in treating the sebrrheic alopecia.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.88%.Meanwhile the total effective rate of the control group was 84.38%.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the whole curative effect(P>0.05).For the primary symptoms,the treatment group did better in improving the degree of greasy and pruritus than the control group(P<0.05).For the secondary symptoms,the treatment group did better in improving the degree of loose stool,feeling heavy and coated tongue than the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsBoth the treatment group and the control gourp were effective in treating the sebrrheic alopecia,but the combination of percussopunctator and catgut implantation did better in the improvement of greasy,pruritus and the symptom of damp-heat in the spleen-stomach syndrome than the combination of percussopunctator and acupuncture.Besides,in terms of the curative effect and the time-cost,the combination of percussopunctator and catgut implantation was better and more convinient.
