The Study Of Professor Daqiao Zhou’s Experience In Treating Liver Cancer Based On Data Mining Analysis

ObjectiveBased on a multi-angle and multi-level data mining and analysis on large sample of medical records,Professor Daqiao Zhou’ s unique clinical experience and academic thoughts was summarized in distinguishing and treating primary liver cancer.Then,value and feasible TCM diagnosis and treatment ideas was provided for doctors.MethodsScreening on the liver cancer medical records of outpatient department of Hepatology department of Shenzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2017 to December 31,2019,which were prescribed by Professor Daqiao Zhou.A database was setted up,and TCMISS(V2.5)was used for data mining.The syndrome principle,herbs association rules and core new formula of Professor Zhou’s treatment were analyzed and summarized.Results:A total of 106 cases of Professor Daqiao Zhou’ s were collected.The results showed that there were 12 types of patterns:liver depression and spleen deficiency,dampness and heat stasis were the most common patterns.The calm、warm,cold,cool,sweet,bitter and hot herbs were used more often.The herbs were of liver,spleen,stomach and kidney meridian.The first 10 commonly used herbs were salviae miltiorrhiza,fructus aurantii,rhizoma atractylodes,poria cocos,panax notoginseng,astragalus astragali,wolfberry fruit,turmeric,hyacinth,and hyacinth.Through the analysis of association rules,atractylodes atractylodes,poria cocos and banzhilian were the herbs combinations with the strongest correlation.Finally,five groups of new formulas were obtained:euryale seed,cuscuta seed,malt,cherry fruit and eucommia ulmoides;Plantain seed,money grass,wormwood;Astragalus,panax notoginseng,salviae miltiorrhizae,rhizoma atractylodes,poria cocos,turmeric,fructus aurantii:Zhu ling,taoren,shiitake mushroom;Coix seed,lobelia officinalis,hyacinth.Conclusion:Professor Daqiao Zhou pays attention to the holistic concept of treating primary liver cancer and the combination of disease and syndrome.He focuses more on treating liver,spleen and kidney together,especially strengthening the spleen.He is skilled in activating blood circulation and removing stasis.He intergrates Chinese and western medicine.
