Clinical Study Of Floating Acupuncture On Lumbar Back Muscle Fasciitis

ObjectiveThe main purpose and significance of this subject is to compare the clinical efficacy of floating acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of low back myofascitis,observe the therapeutic effect of floating acupuncture on low back myofascitis,and explore a method for treating low back Fasciitis is a more feasible and effective treatment.MethodsIn this project,60 patients with back muscle fasciitis meeting the inclusion criteria were subjected to a simple randomized controlled trial and randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the treatment group were treated with floating acupuncture and 30 patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture.Visual analogous scale(VAS)of pain and Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire(RMDQ)of two groups of patients were recorded before and after treatment for analysis and assessment of disease changes.ResultsBefore the start of treatment,the age,sex,pain visual analogue score and Roland-Morris dysfunction score of the two groups were statistically analyzed.The results showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating the general information of the two groups of patients.And the condition is comparable.After the end of the treatment period,the pain visual analogue scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the results suggest that the difference between the two groups of patients is statistically significant(P<0.05);the Roland-Morris of the two groups is statistically analyzed,and the results show two The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups of patients were analyzed for overall clinical efficacy evaluation.The clinical cure rate in the treatment group was 9 cases,with marked effect in 10 cases,effective in 8 cases,and ineffective in 2 cases.The total clinical effective rate was 93.10%.In the control group,the clinical cure rate was 5 cases,and the effective rate was 8 cases.10 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective.The total clinical effective rate was 82.14%.By analysis,the difference in clinical total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).In summary,both the treatment group and the control group have a certain clinical effect,and the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:①Floating acupuncture treatment of lumbar back muscle fasciitis and conventional acupuncture treatment of lumbar back muscle fasciitis can effectively improve the symptoms of lumbar back muscle fasciitis patients,and can improve the quality of life of patients.②Floating acupuncture is better than conventional acupuncture in reducing pain and improving signs.③The research on this subject confirms that the floating acupuncture method has advantages over conventional acupuncture in alleviating symptoms compared with conventional acupuncture,and it is of significance to promote clinical application.
