| PurposesIn this subject,a randomized controlled clinical study was adopted to treat patients with cold and damp lumbar muscle strain by using Chinese medicine beeswax hot compress combined with acupuncture. From the perspective of overall clinical efficacy, waist pain, waist function score and superiority, this study was used to observe the treatment of cold and damp type The clinical efficacy of lumbar muscle strain,to explore the significance of the Chinese medicine beeswax hot compress in the treatment of cold and damp lumbar muscle strain and provide a basis for clinical application,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain from objective scientific evaluation.MethodsThis study screened out the outpatients from the Chinese medicine department of Renkang Hospital,Dongguan City from July 2019 to November 2019,and randomly divided them using the random number table method.Assigned to treatment group and control group. The treatment group is Chinese medicine beeswax external application combined with electro-acupuncture therapy, and the control group is Chinese medicine prescription combined with electro-acupuncture therapy. The acupuncture points selected by the two groups are Shenshu(BL23),Dachangshu(BL25),Ashi point,Yaojiaji(EX-B2),Weizhong(BL40),Yaoyangguan(DU3).At the acupuncture point, the patient takes the prone position and exposes the waist. After the acupuncture, the doctor uses the method of restoring and purging to get qi and then connects the electroacupuncture instrument, and irradiates with TDP.After 30 minutes, the needle is removed and the electroacupuncture instrument is removed. The Chinese medicine beeswax was compressed on the waist of the patient. Both groups were treated once a day,a course of treatment was 5 days, with a rest period between each treatment period,a total of 3 treatment courses. After the initial treatment and the last treatment, the clinical symptoms, signs and visual analog scores and the Oswestry dysfunction index questionnaire are summarized and compared,a database is established, and the data is statistically analyzed using SPSS17.0 statistical software.Descriptive statistics, measurement data are expressed as(x±s),normal distribution and homogeneity of variance test are performed, paired t test is used for comparison of differences within groups, independent sample t test is used for comparison of differences between groups, and x is used for counting data.2 test, rank data is compared by rank sum test,withα=0.05 test level as the standard, when P<0.05 means the difference is statistically significant.Outcome1.Comparison before treatment. There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of age, course of disease,pre-treatment VAS score,ODI function score, clinical symptoms and signs(P>0.05),and they were comparable..2.Comparison within the group:After treatment, the VAS score,ODI score, clinical symptoms, and physical signs scores of the treatment group and the control group were decreased compared with those before treatment, and the statistical detection had significant differences(P<0.05).3.Comparison between groups:The VAS score,ODI score, clinical symptoms, and physical signs scores of the treatment group after treatment were lower than those of the control group after treatment, and the statistical detection had significant differences(P<0.05).4.Comparison of the overall clinical efficacy between the treatment group and the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P=0.002<0.05).30 cases in the treatment group,3 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,0 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 100%,30 cases in the control group,2 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective,22 cases were effective, and 1 case was ineffective. The efficiency is 96.67%.Conclusion1.Traditional Chinese medicine beeswax hot compress combined with electro-acupuncture therapy and traditional Chinese medicine packet combined with electro-acupuncture therapy are effective in treating cold and damp lumbar muscle strain.2.In terms of the overall effect of treating cold and damp lumbar muscle strain, the traditional Chinese medicine beeswax hot compress combined with acupuncture is better than acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine packet therapy, and the patient is comfortable without adverse reactions.3.The traditional Chinese medicine beeswax hot compress combined with acupuncture is safe and effective, with obvious effects and high patient acceptance. |
