controlled study was used to collect 88 patients.After elimination,87 patients with hyperuricemia(or accompanied by gouty arthritis)who met the inclusion criteria were treated with venous blood uric acid(sUA)level of 540 μmol/L As a condition,the stratification was randomly divided into three groups:group A,group B and group C;the control group was group A benzbromarone,the observation group B was benzbromarone combined with Jianpi traditional Chinese medicine group(Sijunzi Tang),the observation group C is benzbromarone combined with wetness and dampness traditional Chinese medicine group(Simiao Pills).All traditional Chinese medicines are made into granules,90 days is 1 course,and 1-2 courses of medicine are taken.It is divided into the treatment period and the follow-up period,which are visited at 0 o’clock in the treatment period and every 0.5 months thereafter;the follow-up period is returned every 1.5 months,namely the 4.5th month and the 6th month.The venous blood uric acid(sUA),TCM syndrome score changes and adverse reactions of the control group and the observation group before treatment,the second week,the first month,the second month,the third month
