| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical curative effect of Hu’s Dingchuan decoction in treating pediatric acute asthmatic bronchitis(pattern of wind-cold fet)and effects on inflammatory biomarkers,offering a new thinking in the treatment of pediatric acute asthmatic bronchitis.MethodsA total of 80 children with acute asthmatic bronchitis in paediatric outpatient of Shenzhen Baoan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected and randomly divided into 40 cases in treatment groups and 40 cases in control groups.The treatment plan was to treat the patients in the control group with the methods of anti-infection,cough and phlegm relieving,anti-inflammatory and asthma relieving,etc.The children in the treatment group were treated with Hu’s Dingchuan decoction on the basis of the control group.After 7 days of clinical observation,evaluating the clinical efficacy.The clinical symptoms were evaluated by the observation table of symptom scale,and the scores of TCM signs and symptoms before and after treatment were recorded to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups,Peripheral blood were collected to detect the changes of lymphocyte ratio,CRP of the two groups of child payients before and after treatment.Statistical software spss22.0 was used to collect and analyze the experimental data obtained.Results1.The main symptom integral analysis of traditional Chinese medicine:two groups in the main symptoms(wheezing,coughing,throat phlegmy,lung wheezing sound)integral of traditional Chinese medicine have no statistical difference before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment the comparison between two groups has significant difference in the main symptoms integral of traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.05),suggesting that Hu’s Dingchuan decoction has significant effect relieving the main symptoms and signs(breathing,cough,throat phlegmy,lung wheezing sound),and superior to the control group.2.The related laboratory analysis:the comparison of lymphocyte ratio,CRP between the groups before treatment have no statistical difference(P>0.05),the comparison of lymphocyte ratio between the groups after treatment has significant difference(P<0.05),the comparison of CRP between two groups after treatment have no statistical difference(P>0.05),showing that after treatment the drop of lymphocyte ratio in treatment group is greater than the control group,the comparison of CRP decline has no markedly statistical differences.3.Clinical efficacy analysis:there are 80 cases of child patients with acute asthmatic bronchitis,including 40 cases in the treatment group,25 cases cured and 13 cases improved,with an effective rate of 95.00%;In the control group,including 40 cases,18 cases were cured,13 cases were improved,and the effective rate was 77.50%.The curative effect of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical effect of Hu’s Dingchuan decoction on asthmatic bronchitis in children was significantly superior than the control group.4.Recurrence rate and adverse reaction analysis:the two groups of cured children were followed up for 3 months.Among the 25 cured child patients in the treatment group,three cases were diagnosed with recurrent asthmatic disease,with a recurrence rate of 12.00%.In the control group,14 of the 18 patients were diagnosed with recurrent asthmatic disease,with a recurrence rate of 77.78%.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions were found during the treatment.Conclusion1.Hu’s Dingchuan decoction has obvious clinical effect in the treatment of acute asthmatic bronchitis in children(pattern of wind-cold fet).2.Hu’s Dingchuan decoction is effective in relieving the main symptoms of acute asthmatic bronchitis in children,such as wheezing,coughing,throat phlegmy,lung wheezing sound.3.Treating child patients with acute asthmatic bronchitis with Hu’s Dingchuan decoction can obviously reduce the incidence of asthmatic diseases. |
