ObjectiveUnder the guidance of Professor He Puren’s theory of fire acupuncture therapy,to explore and observe the clinical effect of He Shi Milli Fire Acupuncture on perennial persistent allergic rhinitis,in order to guide He Shi Milli Fire Acupuncture to better clinical treatment Used in the diagnosis and treatment of perennial persistent allergic rhinitis.MethodsThrough randomized control,60 patients who met both the diagnostic criteria and the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the milli-fire acupuncture treatment test group and the common acupuncture therapy control group,30 cases in each group. The test group was given acupuncture points of Yintang, yingxiang, shangyingxiang,Fengchi,Feishu, upplemented by ordinary acupuncture at Jianjing Point,Fengmen Point,Dazhu Point,3 times/week,one course per week,a total of two courses;the control group received conventional acupuncture Acupuncture Point,Yingtang Point,Shuangyingxiang Point,Shuangshangyingxiang Point,Fengchi Point,Jianjing Point,Fengmen Point,Daxian Point,Feishu Point,3 times/week,one week is a course of treatment,a total of two courses;Observation The rhinitis symptoms improved before and after the treatment and 1 month after the treatment, and the nasal symptoms total score points(TNSS points),nasal accompanying symptoms total score points(TNNSS points),nasal signs points, rhinitis were compared in each period.Quality of life scale score(RQLQ points).Results1.The baseline levels of gender, age, and disease duration before treatment in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.There were no significant differences in nasal symptoms, nasal concomitant symptoms, nasal signs, and quality of life of rhinitis in the two groups of patients before treatment. The P values were>0.05,indicating that the nasal symptoms and nasal concomitant symptoms before treatment in the two groups were not significant. There were no significant differences in the evaluation of nasal signs and rhinitis quality of life.3.Efficacy of nasal symptoms and signs:The nasal symptoms, concomitant symptoms, and nasal signs total scores were compared between the two groups:at the end of the treatment and at 1 month after the treatment was stopped, the scores were lower than before the treatment. The score of the group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that both groups could improve the symptoms and signs of rhinitis patients, and the short-term and long-term effects of improving the nasal symptoms and signs in the test group were better than those in the control group. The intra-group comparison of the nasal symptoms, associated symptoms, and nasal signs in the two groups was performed. The results showed that the two groups of patients were compared before and after the treatment. There were significant differences in comparison(P<0.05);the total points in the two groups after the treatment was stopped for one month were higher than the total points at the end of the treatment, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the test group Both the control group and the control group can improve the symptoms and signs of rhinitis patients, and the short-term effect is better than the long-term effect.Overall effect:At the end of treatment, the total effective rate in the test group was greater than the total effective rate in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the test group at one month after treatment was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the short-term and long-term effects of the milli-fire acupuncture treatment group were better than those of the ordinary acupuncture treatment group.4.Improved quality of life:The rhinitis quality of life scores of the two groups were compared between groups:at the end of treatment and 1 month after stopping treatment, the scores of both groups decreased significantly, and the scores of the test group were lower than those of the control group at the end of treatment and 1 month after stopping the treatment. At the end of treatment, the score of the test group was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that both groups can improve the quality of life of rhinitis patients, but the test group improved the short-term and long-term effects of rhinitis patients Both were better than the control group.Comparing the rhinitis quality of life scores of the two groups within the group, the results showed that the scores of the two groups at the end of the treatment and 1 month after stopping the treatment were lower than those before the treatment, and the total points of the two groups were 1 month after stopping the treatment. The total score at the end of treatment increased, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that both can improve the quality of life of patients with rhinitis, and the short-term effect is better than the long-term effect.Overall effect:The total effective rate in the experimental group was greater than the total effective rate in the control group at the end of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups at 1 month after treatment(P>0.05),but the experimental group The total effective rate was higher than that of the control group, suggesting that the short-term and long-term effects of the milli-fire acupuncture treatment group were better than those of the ordinary acupuncture treatment group.5.No adverse events occurred in the two groups of patients during treatment.ConclusionBoth the milli-fire acupuncture treatment and the general acupuncture treatment can improve nasal symptoms, concomitant symptoms and nasal signs, but the short-term and long-term curative effect of the milli-fire acupuncture is better than the ordinary acupuncture treatment;the milli-fire acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture Both acupuncture treatments can improve the quality of life of patients. The milli-fire acupuncture treatment has better short-term effects in improving quality of life, and long-term effects are better than ordinary acupuncture. The therapeutic effect of the fire needle is obvious, the long-term effect is longer, the operation is convenient, the adverse reactions are less, and the patient’s compliance is high. |
