| ObjectiveBased on the theory of physique of traditional chinese medicine,this study took the children with simple hematuria in lingnan area as the research object to explore the characteristics of children with simple hematuria in lingnan area in order to grasp the susceptible constitution of children with simple hematuria in lingnan area.To provide the objective basis for the application of traditional Chinese medicine to regulate physique,intervention and treatment of simple hematuria in children,so as to achieve the purpose of guiding the prevention and treatment of diseases,and to make a preliminary study for the future large sample clinical research.MethodsFirst of all,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusioncriteria,100 children with simple hematuria were included,and the relevant information of the children was collected.Second,Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine physique theory,the children with simple hematuria in outpatient and inpatient departments were identified by the classification and judgment scale of traditional Chinese medicine physique for children in lingnan area,developed by our department.Establish a database,use chi-square test,Fisher test,rank sum test and other statistical methods to study and analyze the distribution of TCM physique in children with simple hematuria,to explore the effects of sex,age,course of disease,naked eye hematuria,renal biopsy,infection,fetal birth,feeding,family history on TCM physique.Results1.A total of 100 cases were included in the survey,of which 53 were male(53%),47 were female(47%),and the male-female ratio was 1.3:1,indicating a higher incidence among men than among women.2.The highest proportion aged 6.5-11 years,was 52 persons(52%),the youngest was 2 years and the oldest was 14 years.indicating that the prevalence of school-age children was higher than that of other age groups;The rate of onset age group was the highest at 3.5-6 years of age,with 40 persons(40%),and the youngest aged 1 and the largest 14.It is suggested that pre-school children are the high incidence population of the disease;In the course of 6 months to 1 year,there are 30 people(30%),the shortest course of disease is 1 month,the longest is 11 years.indicating a higher proportion of patients with disease course in 6 months-1 year.3.There were 14 people who had undergone renal biopsy(14%)(2 cases of Mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis,5 cases of mildly diseased glomerulonephritis,6 cases of IgA nephropathy,and 1 case of Aport syndrome).suggesting that the renal biopsy ratio of this disease is not high.4.At the onset of the disease,63 persons(63 per cent)were associated with the infection;19 persons(19%)with gross hematuria at the onset of the disease;11 persons born prematurely(11%);There were 27 caesarean sections(27 per cent);25 persons(25 per cent)were fed artificially after birth;36 had a history of recurrent respiratory infections(36%)and 25 persons(25 per cent)with a family history of hematuria.5.Of the 100 cases investigated,333 were involved in the total number of TCM physiques;The distribution of TCM physique types was as follows:30 cases of peaceful constitution or tend to be peaceful constitution(9.01%),42 cases of qi deficiency or tend to be qi deficiency(12.61%),44 cases of yang deficiency or tend to be yang deficiency(13.21%),53 cases of yin deficiency or tend to be yin deficiency(15.92%),61 cases of wet phlegm or tend to be phlegm dampness(18.32%),49 cases of wet heat or tend to be wet heat(14.71%),54 cases of qi deficiency or tend to be qi depression(16.22%).Of the 100 persons,34(34%)have a single constitution,8(8%)have two constitution,10(10%)have three constitution,11(11%)have four constitution,12(12%)have five constitution and 24(24%)have six constitution.It is suggested that phlegm dampness or tend to phlegm dampness is the most common,followed by qi depression or tend to qi depression,yin deficiency or tend to yin deficiency,damp-heat or tendency to wet-heat,yang deficiency or tendency to yang deficiency 44 cases,qi deficiency or tendency to qi deficiency,peaceful constitution or tend to be peaceful constitution is the least;The single physique type was the most common,of which 30 were peaceful constitution or tend to be peaceful constitution(88.24%)and 4 were other physiques(11.76%).Through the analysis of the proportion of the scores of each item under the same physique type,we found that the children with peaceful constitution or tend to be peaceful constitution had most of the problems of lacking of energy;Qi deficiency or tend to be qi deficiency had most of the problems with involuntary sweating;Yang deficiency or tend to be yang deficiency had most of the problems with adapting to cold weather;Yin deficiency or tend to be yin deficiency had most of the problems with impatient and active;Wet phlegm or tend to be phlegm dampness most of the personality mild;Wet heat or tend to be wet heat had most of the problems of indigestion;Qi depression or tend to be qi depression had most of the problems of difficult to adapte to rainy days.6.Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between the distribution of TCM physique type with sex,age,initial age,course of disease,infection,gross hematuria,renal biopsy,fetal birth,feeding and family history.There was no significant correlation between course of disease with sex,infection,gross hematuria,fetal birth and feeding;There was no significant correlation between the mode of birth,the mode of feeding after birth and the condition of hematuria with naked eye after birth and repeated respiratory tract infection.Conclusion1.Simple hematuria in the population of male children,and mainly in school-age children;The beginning of the disease to preschool children are more common;The course of the disease to six months to one year.2.The proportion of patients with simple hematuria with renal biopsy was not high.3.More than half of the number of children with simple hematuria were infected at the onset of the disease,with less than one-fifth of gross hematuria at the onset of the disease,more than one-tenth of preterm birth,more than one-fourth of caesarean section,one-fourth of artificial feeding after birth,more than one-third of the history of recurrent respiratory infections,and one-fourth of the family history of hematuria.4.The traditional Chinese medicine physique type of children with simple hematuria was mainly phlegmy wet quality or tend to phlegmy wet quality,peaceful constitution or tend to be peaceful constitution was the most rare;And the single physique type was the most common,with peaceful constitution or tend to be peaceful constitution 30 cases(88.24%)and other physiques 4 cases(11.76%).The children with peaceful constitution or tend to be peaceful constitution had most of the problems of lacking of energy;Qi deficiency or tend to be qi deficiency had most of the problems with involuntary sweating;Yang deficiency or tend to be yang deficiency had most of the problems with
