Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Yizhi Powder In The Treatment Of Infantile Enuresis Of Xiayuan Deficiency-Cold Type

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Yizhi Powder in the treatment of infantile enuresis of Xiayuan deficiency-cold type,so as to find a more effective method with lower recurrence rate for the treatment of infantile enuresis,and to lay a foundation for the further study of Jiawei Yizhi Powder.MethodsThis study collected 60 children with Xiayuan deficiency-cold enuresis who were treated in the pediatric clinic of Dongguan Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to September 2019.There were 35 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Yizhi Powder granule and the control group was treated with oral deaminopressin acetate tablets for 3 months.The clinical cure rate,recurrence rate,TCM syndrome score and comprehensive curative effect were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere were no significant differences between the two groups of children in terms of age,gender,course of disease,and syndrome scores before treatment,which were comparable.In terms of the short-term effect,the clinical cure rate of the treatment group was 63.3%,while that of the control group was 70.0%.There was no significant difference between them.After treatment,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 15.8%,and tha that the control group was 47.6%.There was a significant difference between them,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.The syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment.After treatment,there were significant differences in the total scores of syndrome and secondary symptoms between the two groups,but there was no significant difference in the total scores of main symptoms.The total effective rate was 83.3%in the treatment group and 76.7%in the control group.There was no significant difference in comprehensive curative effect and total effective rate between the two groups.ConclusionThe curative effect of Jiawei Yizhi powder is similar to that of deaminopressin acetate.Both drugs can improve the enuresis symptoms of children,and they are similar in improving the main symptoms,but Jiawei Yizhi powder is better than deaminopressin acetate in improving secondary symptoms.The recurrence rate of Jiawei Yizhi powder is low,and it has no obvious adverse reaction.Therefore,Jiawei Yizhi Powder has a definite effect in the treatment of Xiayuan deficiency cold enuresis,and its mechanism is worthy of further study in order to popularize and apply it in clinic.
