ObjectiveNonspecific low back pain(NLBP)is mainly manifested as recurrent or progressive pain on one or both sides from the lower edge of the 12th rib to the gluteal sulcus, accompanied by lumbar dysfunction. However, the specific low back pain such as tumor, fracture, tuberculosis and nerve root compression type low back pain are excluded by auxiliary examination. In recent years, the disease shows a trend of youth, which seriously affects the work and life of patients and consumes a lot of medical resources. In this study, the non-specific low back pain patients were taken as the research object, and the clinical effect of scraping the bladder through the far end on the non-specific low back pain patients was observed.MethodThe patients included in this study are all from June 1,2018 to December 31,2019 to the Acupuncture Department and orthopedics department(outpatient and inpatient department)of the second hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Guangdong Province, meeting the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria.64 patients were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(distal scraping+waist scraping+ordinary acupuncture)and the control group(waist scraping+ordinary acupuncture),32 cases in each group.Once a week, three times as a course of treatment,a total of one course. Before and after treatment, the VAS score,ODI score and clinical symptoms and signs score of the two groups were collected and statistically analyzed. Finally, the overall treatment effect of the two groups was compared. All the data were collected and analyzed by SPSS 23.0.ResultAfter treatment, the scores of vas,ODI and clinical symptoms and signs in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, with significant difference(P<0.01);after treatment, the differences of vas,ODI and clinical symptoms and signs in the two groups were also significantly different(P<0.05).After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,and that of the control group was 83.33%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of non-specific low back pain with the combination of distal scraping of bladder and waist scraping plus general acupuncture and waist scraping plus general acupuncture has curative effect. After treatment, the clinical symptoms of the two groups have improved, and the curative effect of the treatment group is more obvious than that of the control group. Therefore,it is a simple, safe and effective method to treat bladder scraping.
