Objective Observe the expression of serum interleukin 27(IL-27)in non-hepatocellular carcinoma members of families with high incidence of liver cancer and to explore its clinical significance. Methods 81 non-hepatocellular carcinoma members of the families with high incidence of liver cancer were selected as the research group. The same gender,age±5 years, the same ethnic group, the same living environment, and the same HBs Ag expression were used as the matching conditions.81 cases of non-cancer family members were selected as the control group.4 m L of fasting venous blood was drawn from the two groups, and the serum IL-27 expression levels was detected by ELISA.The paired data was statistically analyzed using the Wilcoxon rank-sum test of the general pairing design, and the unpaired data was statistically analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis rank-sum test and the Mann-Whitney U rank-sum test. The data in this experiment did not meet the normal distribution. It is then expressed as [M(P25,P75)](median and quartile). Results The expression levels of serum IL-27 in the research group and control group were 44.386(27.460,97.919)and 40.260(30.658,51.055)ng / L.Compared with the two,Z =-2.264,P <0.05.The serum IL-27 expression levels of the male members of the research group and the male members of the control group were 45.914(37.718,107.060)and 40.441(31.665,51.263)ng / L respectively.Compared with the two,Z =-2.132,P <0.05.In the research group, the serum IL-27 expression levels of those who were> 30 years old and ≤30years old were 41.253(19.336,72.881)and 46.387(31.865,124.964)ng / L,respectively. In the control group, the serum IL-27 expression levels of those who were> 30 years old and ≤30 years old were 40.260(25.469,47.803)and40.261(32.065,52.254)ng / L.There was no statistically significant difference in the IL-27 expression levels of different ages between the research group and the control group(P> 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the serum IL-27 expression levels between the research group> 30 years old and≤ 30 years old(z =-1.498,p> 0.05).The serum IL-27 expression levels of the Zhuang and Yao people in the research group were 46.053(36.977,97.919)and37.607(20.671,96.724)ng / L,respectively.Serum IL-27 expression levels of 2-3probands and 4 or more probands in the families with high incidence of liver cancer(research group)were 40.621(23.869,102.604)and 45.775(27.993,88.549)ng / L.Serum IL-27 expression levels of first-degree relatives,second-degree relatives, and third-degree and above relatives in the high-incidence families of liver cancer(research group)were 40.621(25.868,72.025),45.914(32.432,158.593),45.666(30.995,89.763)ng / L,In the research group, there was no statistically significant difference in the expression of serum IL-27 between different ethnic groups, different relative levels, and different numbers of probands(all P> 0.05).Conclusion(1)Compared with the non-cancer family member group, the expression levels of IL-27 in the family member group with high incidence of liver cancer was significantly increased, suggesting that the high expression of IL-27 has a certain correlation with the aggregation of liver cancer family.(2)The immune system of members of the families with high incidence of liver cancer is likely to have undergone slight changes before cancer.
