Analysis On Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Medication Regularity And Syndrome Of Colorectal Cancer

ObjectiveUsing the auxiliary platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System,this paper conducts data mining research on the literature related to the treatment of colorectal cancer by internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine,analyzes the rules of traditional Chinese medicine medication and syndrome of colorectal cancer,and simulates the new formula for clinical reference.Through the hierarchical mining,this paper analyzed the differences in the frequency of drug use,the rules of prescriptions and the distribution of syndrome between the two types of colorectal cancer which had been operated on and which had not been operated on.MethodThrough the collection and selection of the clinical research literature about the treatment of colorectal cancer by internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine in the past 40 years,which has been collected on the three databases of CNKI,VIP and Wanfang,the prescriptions used in the literature and the related syndromes of the treatment are input into the auxiliary platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System one by one,statistical analysis is carried out by using the platform,association rule analysis,complex system entropy clustering algorithm,unsupervised Entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm and other methods were used to analyze the traditional Chinese medicine medication regularity and syndrome of colorectal cancer,and to simulate the new formula for clinical reference.Then,the two kinds of colorectal cancer were deeply mined,which have been operated on and have not been operated on,and analyze the differences in the frequency of drug use,the rules of prescriptions,the distribution of syndrome.Results1.Overall mining results(1)289 prescriptions were included in this project,including 252 drugs,among which the top 10 Chinese medicines with the highest frequency from high to low were Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,liquorice,astragalus,dangshen,Coix,Hedyotis diffusa,tangerine peel,Scutellaria barbata and Pinellia ternata.(2)In this project,61 common drug pairs were calculated,among which,the most common drug pairs of the two drugs were Atractylodes macrocephala combined with Poria cocos;the three drugs were Atractylodes macrocephala,Glycyrrhiza,Poria cocos;the four drugs were Codonopsis pilosula,Atractylodes macrocephala,Glycyrrhiza,Poria cocos.(3)In this project,24 core combinations and 12 new prescriptions are calculated.(4)According to statistics,the traditional Chinese medicine used in the treatment of this disease is mainly characterized by warm and mild nature,sweet and bitter taste,and the three meridians of spleen,stomach and lung.(5)According to the statistics of syndromes,the frequency of the related syndromes was obtained.The top five syndrome types from high to low were:spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency and toxin stasis syndrome,Qi and blood deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency and dampness excess syndrome,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.2,Hierarchical mining results(1)The top 10 drugs in the frequency of postoperative use of colorectal cancer from high to low were Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,liquorice,astragalus,dangshen,coix seed,tangerine peel,Hedyotis diffusa,angelica and Pinellia ternate.The top 10 drugs in the frequency of postoperative use of colorectal cancer were coix seed,liquorice,Hedyotis diffusa,astragalus,poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,Scutellaria barbata,dangshen,Kushen and yam.(2)The top 5 most commonly used drugs for postoperative treatment of colorectal cancer are:Atractylodes macrocephala-Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala-Glyeyrrhiza,Astragalus-Atractylodes macrocephala,Glycyrrhiza-Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala-Glycyrrhiza-Poria cocos;the colorectal cancer without surgery are:Atractylodes macrocephala-Poria cocos,Astragalus-Atractylodes macrocephala,Glycyrrhiza-coix seed,Astragalus-Poria cocos.(3)Most of the four Qi used in the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer after operation are warm,mild,while most of the traditional Chinese medicine used in the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer without operation are cold and warm.There are more sweet and bitter drugs in the five flavors of the two clinical drugs,but the proportion of the drugs in the two is different.43.5%of the drugs used in colorectal cancer after operation are sweet,29.1%of the drugs used in colorectal cancer without operation are bitter,38.8%of the drugs used in colorectal cancer without operation are sweet,and 35.2%of the drugs used in bitter.There was no significant difference in meridian tropism between the two groups.(4)The top five syndromes of colorectal cancer were spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome,spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome,Qi and blood deficiency syndrome,liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome in order from more to less.The colorectal cancer without operation was spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,damp heat accumulation syndrome,dampness and dampness syndrome,spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency and dampness and dampness syndrome.Conclusions1.The most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer are Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,liquorice,Astragalus and dangshen.The most frequently used traditional Chinese medicine is Atractylodes macrocephala combined with Poria cocos.It can be seen that the main treatment of this disease is to invigorate the spleen and replenish qi,and to eliminate pathogenic factors such as dampness,detoxification and phlegm.Both the deficiency and the reality are taken into account,while the drugs are to replenish the middle and sweet temperature。2.The main characteristics of colorectal cancer patients after surgery are deficiency of vital energy,and the clinical doctors tend to tonify vital energy.The drugs with more frequent use are Atractylodes macrocephala,Astragalus membranaceus and dangshen.3.In patients with colorectal cancer who have not been operated on,the evil is real and the deficiency is positive.In addition to the benefits of clinical medicat ion,more attention is paid to the attack of cancer evil,such as clearing away heat and detoxification,removing dampness and removing the colon.Coix seed,Hedyotis diffusa and Scutellaria barbata are the most frequently used drugs.The drugs with bitter and cold are more frequently used than those with colorectal cancer.4.In terms of syndromes,the majority of colorectal cancer patients are deficiency syndrome,and spleen deficiency is the core.The distribution of syndrome after operation is similar to that of colorectal cancer patients.In addition to deficiency syndrome,the syndrome of colorectal cancer patients without operation can also be seen some deficiency syndromes,like damp heat,blood stasis and toxin.
