Objective:To investigate retrospective analysis of 1,3,and 5 year survival rates and related factors of patients with lung metastases undergoing surgical resection.Materials and methods:This study collected a total of 80 patients with pathological diagnosis of lung metastases and surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from August 2012 to March2019.Results:All patients without perioperative death. At present the 1-,3-,and5-year survival rates of patients with lung metastases after resection of metastatic tumors in our hospital are: 85.9%,63%,35.9%.The overall median survival time is: 45 months.Among them, the pathological types with good survival rates of 1,3,and 5 years after operation are: head and neck cancer, colorectal cancer, and the postoperative survival rates of different pathological types are different and the difference is statistically significant(P value = 0.012<0.05).The poorest prognosis of lung metastases in this group of studies is melanoma.Because there are only 2 cases of melanoma with lung metastases in this group of studies, the postoperative survival rate cannot be counted for now.In this group of 2 cases of melanoma with lung metastases Postoperative survival time is 2 months and 5 months. The results of this study also found that the age,DFI(non-tumor interval),surgical method, and pathological type of metastases in patients with lung metastases are important factors that affect the 1,3,and 5 year survival rate of patients after surgery,of which age is less than 60 years,DFI ≥ 26 months, patients with head and neck and colorectal cancer, who underwent lobectomy, had better postoperative survival rates.Conclusion:1.The 1,3,and 5 year survival rates of patients with lung metastases are closely related to the age of onset, the interval without tumor(DFI),the pathological type of metastases, and the surgical method;2.Surgical treatment can significantly improve the 1,3,and 5 years survival rate of patients with lung metastases. It is found that lung metastases should be treated as soon as possible, and the surgical treatment effect is better than traditional radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other conservative treatment plans;. |
